Polices
I mean just look at what is happening in the North right now. 17 northern states without light and the NSA initially said, the TCN shouldn't go to the site where the towers were spoilt because bandits are there. So, bandits are now superior to the Nigerian government!?

Not even forgetting that the towers were bombed by bandits!

We vehemently told agbado miscreants that Dangote wasn't building that refinery to solve Nigeria's problem but to make profit l. They said no.

Now we are telling them, Giving Dangote monopoly powers in the oil sector is dangerous and will be disastrous!!

Let it be on record that it is Eastern state governor like Soludo that are leading the resistance against local government autonomy in Nigeria, same way Aguiyi Ironsi destroyed regional government in Nigeria because of his selfishness, the spirit of Aguiyi Ironsi is now upon Soludo.

Is it their government that is rejecting local government autonomy that will support regional government in Nigeria ? but tomorrow their people will be online cursing and abusing other regions, playing victims and crying marginalization. Why their government have always been against any policy that will allow every region to manage their resources better.

Dont be stupid. All state governors including SW governors were against the LG autonomy and that's why it went to court where all states were joined in he suit.

Then let it also be on record that it was a LP senator from an Eastern state that raised a motion to stop the intending lawlessness of the governor.

Business / Re: CBN Needs To Limit Interest Rate Hikes - Punch Editorial by Dbegining: 8:00am On Sep 27
Someone here came the other day and said for interest rate to be effective, it needs to be above the inflation rate and I jus smiled cause that's a sheer display of textbook economics.

There are two types of inflation; demand pull and cost push. Nigeria is experiencing more of cost push that demand pull and this inflation is not just a monetary issue. So the use of only monetary instruments to tame it won't work.

These people need to solve soke underlying issues that is pushing up cost like farmers herders crises, insecurity, banditry and movement issues. That is what is causing the cost push inflation.

If not, what the are doing is just nonsense.

If we follow textbook economics, interest rate should be 34%.

Now that's suicide to the economy. Abeg those of us that did economics let's dig and read further and not just quote what we see in one textbook.

I’m not gonna spare you because you lack the mental acuity to process things.

When a nation can feed herself and able to export , it helps the larger economy. To address hunger, you need to start paying attention to Agriculture. It is as simple as that but your kind are half baked who just want to cluelessly engage in a debate.

State Governors collect monthly allocation from FG. They are given money to boost agriculture in their states but the Governors do not prioritise agriculture. All farm lands in the states have been converted to real estate. The states own the land and it’s stupid of you to suggest that Fg should go and negotiate for land from the States. What then happens to the money already included in the state’s monthly allocation regarding agriculture? Or your empty brain thinks fg has access to unlimited fund they can play with?

Now you are foaming in the mouth like a leper that FG should ask for land from the states when the monthly allocation received by the Governors already caters for agriculture? Why don’t you place the failure to boost agriculture on the doorsteps of the Governors who are not willing to connect with the real farmers in their states? Should all your frustration ends with the FG?

If hunger has knocked sense off you, go to your family land to till the land.

You type like you reason - silly you grin cheesy

I asked again - are you well so? cheesy grin cheesy grin

I won't even give you the insults that I can cause if I do, it will be child abuse. Cause if not that you're a child, how do you manage to not see clear questions that I pose.

Okay, let me take it from this Angle, since you have such low sense of reasoning.

Does the FG have a ministry of agriculture?

Can the FG procure lands?

If the FG doesn't have unlimited funds to spare, is it state governors that have?

Not even to mention that the FG that doesn't have unlimited funds to venture into agriculture have funds to subsidize Hajj and buy a yacht of N5b

If it's stupid for the FG to negotiate for lands from governors for something as crucial as agriculture, the what purpose will it be wise to negotiate?

ómódè ní é

If not that you're a child, when do you ever see that an allocation is give to state governors for "agriculture" ?

Answer this questions and you'll see that you need to tender a unreserved apology to me for wasting my time on a child.

This section is not for children. Stay off.

It's been a tedious job educating you.

Don't reply. I won't dignify you with another response. It seems your head only serves the purpose of separating your head. Nothing more.

MT:

I wanted to ignore you before because you are so dumb.

So FG should use military barrack as farmland and feed the nation while you overlook the states who have unfettered access to arable lands in their care to farm ?

You are so blinded in your quest to blame the FG. We are talking about agriculture, you are talking about subsidy .

Are you well so?

I won't ignore your foolishness. Enough of condoning foolishness on this platform.

Let me take you back to your first comment I quoted.

You were talking about reducing the hunger in the land and I asked simple questions. Who spiked the hunger to this level? Was it the state governors?

In case you don't know, subsidy and he floating of naira are what spiked hunger and inflation.

Are the governors responsible for that?

Then, you talking about agriculture, are you telling me that the federal government can not get lands in each state for farming?

I just used army barracks as an example that if the FG can procure lands for army barracks then, they should be able to get lands for farming but because you've been blinded by your stupidity and willingness to defend the government by all means, you couldn't it.

Fool, the one who caused the hunger should be the one taking the major steps to bring it down. So, let the federal government start farming, the state governors will follow.

Not even to mention that the president you're defending has not still assented to the minimum wage bill sitting on his table since last week. Clueless president! Foolish supporter.
Politics / Re: Planned Protest: Tinubu, Sultan, Ooni, NSA, IGP In Emergency Meeting by Dbegining: 8:19am On Jul 26
MT:

If the hunger is too much, why are you blaming the presidency.

The states own the lands and the state governors collect fat monthly allocation. What are the governors policies on the farm lands in their respective states? How are they saving farm land from real estate?

If all the governors dedicate 10% to farming, there will be abundance. They will rather build poor road where they can easily loot.

Occupy the state Guvernors residence rather than the presidency.
Are you foolish?

Was it state governors that said subsidy is gone?

Are they the ones that floated the naira?

Are they the ones in charge of security?

Who told you FG doesn't have the right to lands in states? The military barracks that are built isn't it the federal government that owns them?

Why can't FG go into farming?

The government has just increased minimum wage by over 100% and it's to be paid from April, May, June and July. It didn't take protests or burning down the country, grounding the economy and looting.

Edit. Permit me to quote Reno Omokri below this morning. Everything here was done without protests, destrcuction and looting. More is coming.

For you to eve quote a character such as Reno speaks very little of you.

Everything you wrote there was achieved with some kind of force.

1. Minimum wage was achieved by serious strike that almost grounded te country and shutting down the national grid.
2. The LG autonomy is a govt vs govt fight and the LG is still not completely autonomous untill independent elections are conducted. Not to mention that Tinubu did that as a political move to weaken governors.

3. Generation of electricity by states is still not yet a reality. Not one single state has generated electricity since the bill was passed.

4. The almost killed Air Peace. We know how he lamented over and over again before he was given license. The govt didn't facilitate him. The only had to give him license and it was a thug of war.

So, everything you wrote there is either on paper, false or wrong.
