The shocking revelations were made by some members of staff who claim the cases of fraud and misappropriation that has been going on in the Institute is monumental.

As the race for the Edo State governorship hots up, a professor of medicine, Professor Frederick Ebegue Amadasun has stated that the key to the economic transformation of Edo State in the face of the growing inflation in the country remains Information and Communications Technology, ICT, as well as agriculture.

The National Coalition of Niger Delta Ex-Agitators, NCNDE-A, has called on the immediate sack of the Special Adviser to the president on Niger Delta Affairs, and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Committee, Brig. Gen. Paul. Tarela Boroh.
According to the group, he has “revealed himself as inept and grossly incapable.”

A Benin High Court has asked Alhaji Aliru Momoh Ikelebe III, the Otaru of Auchi, to vacate the premises where his palace has been located in the last two decades describing him as an illegal occupant.
The court ordered him to exit the premises within 31 days.
The court said that the property belong Orbit Building Society Limited, which had sued the Otaru claiming ownership of the piece of land and also ordered the monarch to pay N10 million as damages.
