Education / What do you feel about canceling the Post-Exam? by debola(f): 4:50pm On Oct 17, 2005
How can they cancel the post exam test in all schools because they feel it a forum of extorting money from people looking for admission into universities, like unilag made up to 96 million naria from the over 46 thousand student that came for the test shocked can you imagine they paid 2000 naria each to take the exam, the stress they went through in paying the money....now they want to cancel the test when schools as resumed already and normally jambite are suppose to resume before the school does...... so what gonna happen now cause they are some outstanding set of 03/04 jambite waiting for admission into unilag...... and is the money REFUNDABLE.

Education / Re: Covenant University by debola(f): 11:23pm On Oct 15, 2005
Thank you very much have been waiting for this kind of decision to come up, let me tell you something...I have an elder Friends a custom officer he ains 70,000 naria per month and has 4 kids he is devoted to winners chapel cause he goes to winners before they started building covenant university... Bishop announced that people should raise money for the CU as in they should raise any amount to build the school my friend took half of his salary "35,000" and gave it to the church thinking that when the school is done his almost graduated child will be there cause he was sure it was going to be affordable at least like 50,000 naria since it church thing.recently bishop said we should raise money to build the schools library imagine and you guys are paying 250,000 yet you are still asking the church to assist you students when the people that has devoted all there life in the church cant get there children admitted into the school because it is too expensive for a church.it meant to assits the masses too not only the rich and i will tell seun to tell there VC to tell bishop to stop asking the church members to raiseany amount because it painful.OK seun it sad cry
Education / Re: Post-JAMB Examinations in Nigerian Universities by debola(f): 10:52pm On Oct 15, 2005
I think the idea is excellent  coolif it taking seriously and they considerate alot of people but we all know that there is always a way out even if aptitude test is conducted or not admission is still sure for some student who never sat for the exams.imagine over 50,000 student took the test mean while they only need 6,000 student both 04/03 and the recent jamb so what are we  talking here... i think it luck and money that can get you to school here and some of this student that sat for exam are already in school e.g"osu, efe and co but because they just want to got to lag.......as for jamb there nothing they can do about it cause they wrote there that if schools are not satisfiedith the scores they should test them in the ininstitutes....and i will ask the special centers to cancel and start with schools special centers cause they cant sell anymore with JAMB....  cry
