Timo Werner has scored his first goal for Chelsea just four minutes into his debut against Brighton.

Werner was named in Frank Lampard's starting lineup for the Blues' pre-season friendly at the Amex Stadium on Saturday, with fans given a chance to see the Germany international in a Chelsea shirt for the first time.

Brighton made 2,500 tickets available to home fans following the green light from the Government, with social distancing guidelines in place in the stands.

It didn't take long for Werner to make his mark for his new club, with the former RB Leipzig star taking advantage as fellow summer signing Hakim Ziyech also played his part.

Callum Hudson-Odoi miscued a header following a wonderful cross from the right flank, but his mistake ended up being the perfect assist for Werner, who was on hand to stroke home from close range.

Crystal Palace confirmed the signing of Nigeria-eligible midfielder Eberechi Eze on a five-year deal on Friday, August 28.

The England U21 international had his first training session as a player of Crystal Palace yesterday and met up with his new teammates for the first time.

According to the official website of Palace , Eze got his Eagles career off to a flying start by netting three goals in the space of twenty seconds during his first workout.

The 22-year-old could make his non-competitive debut for his new employer in Saturday afternoon's friendly against Charlton Athletic.

He earned himself a move to the Premier League after a breakout campaign for Queens Park Rangers with 14 goals and eight assists to his name in 46 appearances in the Championship.

It was a magnificent season from Eze, full of consistency as well as flair, so much so that it wasn’t only the Loftus Road faithful who were in awe of him but also opposition supporters.

London-born Eze is on the radar of the Nigeria Football Federation and manager Gernot Rohr with a view to a call-up to the Super Eagles ahead of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.

Crystal Palace have completed the signing of QPR forward Eberechi Eze on a five-year deal for £19.5m.

The highly-rated England Under-21 international started every game and scored 14 goals for QPR in the Championship last season.

Eze will boost Roy Hodgson's attacking options as only relegated Norwich (26) scored fewer goals than Palace (31) in last season's Premier League.
Palace host Southampton in their first top flight game on 12 September.

Eze, 22, said: "As a football club, I feel like there are great players here and it's a brilliant opportunity for me to come and be with these players, to link up with them and to really push on."

Crystal Palace chairman, Steve Parish, said: "Eberechi is a player whose development we have followed closely.

"We are delighted he has chosen to sign for us over the other clubs that were interested and we feel that this is the right club for him to continue his development."

Chelsea have confirmed the signing of England left back Ben Chilwell from Leicester City for a fee of about £50million.

The 23-year-old has signed a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge after being earmarked as Frank Lampard's number one defensive target several months ago.

The left-back sealed his move to Stamford Bridge on Wednesday and said: “I am delighted to be joining Chelsea at this very exciting time for the club.

“I’m looking forward to being a part of this young, dynamic squad led by Frank Lampard as we challenge for honours next season. I can’t wait to get started and hopefully it won’t be long before we’re playing in front of the Chelsea fans at Stamford Bridge.”

Chilwell, 23, made his Leicester debut in 2015 and has since broken into the England team.

You will tell your children not to steal, yet, you are not contented or satisfied with what you have. You'll tell your children to do this and that, yet you cannot do what you are asking them to do.

Dear parents, I want you to set this question before yourself and let your conscience (heart) give you an answer. Can your children look up to you, Can they see you as a mentor, Can they see you as a role model. But there is a solution to this, change your ways, then you practice what you teach.

"If you're asking your children to do or exercise something, then you better do it too."

"Practice what you preach, and things will start going on well in your family."

Arsenal look set to complete the signing of Gabriel Magalhaes with the defender set to undergo a medical today.

According to The Telegraph , Arsenal have won the race to land the in-demand Lille centre-back having agreed a £22.6million fee.

It is claimed they have now agreed a five-year deal with the 22-year-old defender - and further reports claim he is set to finalise the deal with his medical.

But coronavirus restrictions mean his medical is expected to take place in France before he completes his Premier League move, unless he can gain special exemption to avoid 14-day quarantine and undergo the tests in London.

Magalhaes has been heavily linked with Napoli, who have also had a bid accepted.

The young Brazilian has spent the week deliberating his future with offers on the table and reportedly is excited by a Premier League challenge.

He is now set to line-up alongside fellow youngster William Saliba in a new-look defence under Mikel Arteta which Arsenal hope can help them climb the Premier League table again.

Team-mate Jose Fonte recently confirmed he has been asking about playing in the English top flight.

Mario Balotelli Barwuah ( born 12 August 1990) is an Italian professional
footballer who plays as a striker for Serie B club Brescia and the Italy national team.

He started his professional football career at Lumezzane and played for the first team twice before having an unsuccessful trial at Barcelona,and subsequently joining Inter Milan in 2007. Yet another lanky footballer from Norway, but unlike the former ones, he has made a name for himself in the soccer world. Oyvind Hoas currently plays as a striker for Kristiansund since his joining in 2015. He started his football journey while playing for Molde FK, and then he transferred to Fredrikstad two years later.

Norwegian footballer Kjell Petter Opheim has earned compliments for his performance with Norway’s club Stryn Football (3rd tier Norwegian league squad). As a goalkeeper standing 6.8 feet tall, he is the 10th Tallest Football Player in the world. Besides Stryn, he also played for several other big clubs such as 2-time Norwegian Premier League winners Lyn Football and the 1983 Norwegian Cup winners Moss FK.

Romanian footballer Costel Fane Pantilimon currently plays as a goalkeeper for the English Championship club Nottingham Forest. He earned praises for his performance with Manchester City during his time in the club between 2011 and 2014.

While playing for City, he became the tallest soccer player in Premier League. After leaving the sky blues, he then played for Sunderland.

Ivorian footballer Lacina Traoré currently plays for the French Ligue 1 club Amiens SC. Traoré came into notice when Monaco bought him in 2014. Norwegian football forward Tor Hogne Aaroy scored several impressive goals for Norwegian Premier League club Aalesunds FK. His stint with Japanese club JEF United Chiba also got praises from football pundits. Standing at 2.04 meter (6 ft 8 1⁄2 in), Tor Hogne Aaroy is the world’s 5th Tallest Soccer Players.

Aarøy earned his call-up for the Norwegian national team on 27th January 2009, as a part of then-caretaker coach Egil Olsen’s first squad. But sadly, he opted to withdraw from the national squad to stay at home awaiting the birth of his second kid.

Croatian goalkeeper Vanja Ivesa currently plays for NK Istra 1961. He became the oldest player ever to participate in the Croatian First Football League on 17th February 2018. Besides, he also played for Elazığspor, the first division club in Turkey.

After making his debut with NK Istra in 1995, Ivesa played for multiple clubs in and out of Croatia such as Australian league team Sydney United FC, Croatian Football Club NK Zminj, Turkish Club Eskişehirspor and his native club NK Opatija. Nigerian prolific rapper, Folarin Falana widely known as Falz has joined other Nigerians to knock former minister of petroleum resources Diezani Alison-Madueke over her statement on ‘Yahoo’ boys.

Alison-Madueke said online fraudsters, also known as ‘Yahoo boys’ are now role models in the country due to drop in moral values.

Juventus may well be given, either Toni Kroos or Isco for Paulo Dybala by Real Madrid, according to reports.

Real Madrid are set to strengthen their attack and in order to do so, they are planning an exchange deal with Juventus. The Spanish giants are set to offer either German midfielder Toni Kroos or Spanish, attacking forward Isco for the Argentine attacker Paulo Dybala.

Staying on the edge ,of one of the main objectives of Real Madrid this season, which was to conquer the Champions League, seems to have shaken the upper echelons of the club, which are already planning the next campaign and in it. Real Madrid have had a decent season so far but they failed to progress to the Champions League, this year after a loss against Manchester City.

Dybala is valued at around £80 million by the Italian club. But the Spanish giants are set to offer them either of Kroos and Isco, both around £45 million mark, while the remaining of the amount will be paid by them. 26-year-old Dybala also were part of a shock as the Italian Champions, crashed out of the Champions League at the hands of Lyon.

Dybala has had a decent season for himself as he won his 5th league title with the club this season. He finished with 17 goals in the season, 11 of which came in the Serie A. Although there is nothing concrete regarding this deal, bit reports in Italy are suggesting that Zinedine Zidane has given the green signal to acquire the former Palermo player.

According to reports, the photos of the water vending machine were captured at Akyem Abomosu in the Eastern region of Ghana.

With this technology, the volume of water you fetch determines how much is debited from your ATM card. The machine has a metering system that measures the water fetched per session.

Just like the Gas/Fuel Delivery Machine, billing is done on price-per-litre basis. The litres of water fetched is usually multiplied by the preset price of a litre.
