Good day everyone.
I soft landed in Alberta, Canada last year, I'll be coming back in few months time, by then, I'll be like 6 months pregnant.
Is getting a job possible, also does the Alberta health card cover child birth?, and will it be easy to get a Doctor to attend to me while I'm already in my 6th month.
Thanks for replying.

It will take some time to find a job due to the pandemic and shutdown of non-essential businesses. You came at the worst time- sorry to say.
You just have to keep applying for jobs and hope something comes your way.
Thank you

Part 2
The next day, we went to bredin learning centre at Edmonton we were appointed counsellors.
So far so good, I've been able to open a bank account with Scotia bank, I have a health card now and I've gone for several check up with the doctor free of charge. I wrote the knowledge test and passed, I know have the class 7 driver's licence.
But finding a job has not been easy, I've applied for various jobs, but i have not gotten any cos of the pandemic. I went for interview at Walmart twice, but I was not picked.
Staying here has been a good one, the main challenge is finding a job.
Thanks for reading........

Landing gist.
I got to Canada on march 8. It has not been easy to put down a landing story, but here I am.
We ( a family of 4) got to the MMIA, Lagos by 2pm on march 7 for a 11pm flight by Air France. We got there that early cos we travelled from another state far from Lagos, and there was no where we could stay.
It was my 1st time traveling so I had no idea of anything. The check in for air France began at 5pm, but before then we met a man who told us he was going to help us with the check in, and truly truly, the man helped us, we were the 1st to be checked, our bags were not weighed and they were not opened but my mum paid the man ( I don't know how much she paid). But the hand luggage were screened, my hand sanitizer was seized.
After few hours, we got into the airplane, it's really a big one, the seat was very comfortable. The inflight entertainment was dope. There were more than enough movies to watch, music, games and so on.
The food was on point. We were served 3 times, I can't really remember all I ate cos it was many. There was joll of rice with chicken, wine, chocolate, muffins, sweet, coke, cheese, and so on. There was free wifi there also. We were on air for about 6 hours. We stopped at Paris.
The airport at Paris is very big, we had to walk for a long time before we got to our boarding gate. We had 8hrs stopover at Paris.
After then, we flew with air France again for like 7hrs to Toronto. The inflight entertainment was dope as usual, the food was really good. There was free WiFi
We got to Toronto Pearson airport at about 5pm. We did self check in, we used a computer, where we were asked if we had been to China in the past 14 days, if we had meat or diary products and so on, the machine took a picture of us also, from there we went to the immigration section where we submitted our copr, we were asked the same question written on the landing papers, we were told to sit, after about 10 mins, the officer gave us back our papers and told us to sign, he took the ones with our passport photograph.
We then went to claim our baggages. We went for our connecting flight to Edmonton. Our flight was with west jet, it was delayed for one hour. The plane was small, there was no inflight entertainment, no WiFi, no blanket, but were served twice, cookies and any drink one wants.
We got to Edmonton international airport about 11 pm, we went to pick our bags and then a family member came to pick us up.
