People like safarigirl are good for patients with high bp.....they always see the light in every dark tunnel and hope even in the face of severe adversity...... But how applicable are they in a realistic world?

@bolded, I dont agree with your logic. This game is all about strategy and pulling strings that ll favor(probably) the housemate you want to win. If at the end, it works, everyone goes home happy, but if it doesn't, atleast we tried---- abi no be so life be? We just live in the moment and make plans with no guarantee but HOPE things work out well. Perhaps, thats why safari said---- hold hope!

Its a win win situation. You, or rather we, have nothing to loose if things dont work out well, but have something to loose, COS the thought of ---maybe it could have worked if i tried, is far tormenting than the alleged final heartbreak in the first place. wink

I was pissed when Melvin lost, but I believe i, and a host of others, like ochon, who tirelessly voted him are more at peace knowing at least it didnt work out, compared to say we no even try lai lai. Trust me, I've been there.
As one person in this thread always says ....we are about 0.01 percent of Nigeria..... Many people out there will still do what they want.....most likely on Sunday Naija vote will still fall under idris even with all the campaigns .....best is enjoy the show, vote your fav, campaign for them as much as you can and take whatever you see.....the days of rigging are well behind us.

That's the character she's brought in to play. To Bring naughtiness to the HMs..

I'm sure both the male and female biggie don't talk or act as they do, when leave the DR.
During some of it's slip ups it does sound like the male biggy.....what if it was the same person disguising his or her voice?

TBH, I've never watched even a single episode of Tinsel, but news had it last year, that he got a role on Tinsel. I didn't bother to confirm though.
At most it was a waka pass....but I did see him in one video that had your "skelewu " boy......am guessing that counts for something.

The thread is not as "hot and scary" as you think o. It's just the occasional misunderstanding that happens once in a while. Normalcy has returned back. Anyway you haven't always been a regular updater. tongue

Nah, you misunderstood me. I mean chide the male BBA HMs for being too "holy" and not approaching the female HMs, not the males on this threads.

Hmm. You know I love aproko. grin Care to share? And is the new 'one' a HE? wink
Don't count on it,am sure spade still wants his pound of flesh.......decanto is very ready to make it's debut.

The large no of SADC can work against them and in this case the only housemate that can easily win is Ellah or Idris. Nothing for west africa this year.

If the BBA is to continue next year, to eliminate this regional rubbish then biggy should ensure each region has equal amount of countries. Serrieleon, liberia, ghana, nigeria and cameroon from west. SA, Zim, zam, bots,Nam from sadc, kenya, uganda, ethiopia, rwanda from EA
Very sensible.

Every relationship is stress free if you do not involve emotions.
True that..... The worst kind of deception is fooling oneself that you are in love .......love died on the cross 3000 years ago......now all we have is lust ,like and management.

Which episode of tinsel did Bassey appear in? I have been on the lookout since last year to see him on tinsel and it is yet to be aired

She's there to lighten up the mood of the HMs. The house's aura has been dull lately. The old biggie will surely return unless he's not feeling fine.

Meanwhile figgy is still molesting the male housemates...... I hope this woman will not be here for the rest of the show....the biggy voice was the only serious thing about this show.

SADC is marginalized already and as it stands, Nigeria is in a good position to snatch Bots, leaving just 6. Sorry, neither Macky2 nor JJ is Munya so they're not joining hands for them. It's Moz, Nam and Zam for Macky2. SA, Zim and Mal for JJ. Yes, I've considered the possibility of Ella with 3 EA votes. I'm saying nothing on Ghana. Meanwhile, GHKwame1, I just read what you wrote to me. Please where did I EVER call M'am Bea 'cheap'?
Frankly this has always been between Ella and tayo......I said that three days ago( maybe add idris into the equation) no one from sadc will win.

"We need macky and jj in the final
we need ella and idris in the final too
we need to kick mam bae out so
she doesnt share votes with Tayo"
we need this and that

Have some of the strategists ever considered
that:
SADC might decide to give either macky or jj
4 country votes outta 5?
And that Ella might run away with 3 ea votes even
if SADC wud have to share their votes equally?
(which i dont see happening)
What if Ghana abandons Naija just like SL did
last season?( Afterall we didnt even vote KC)

Like Ochon said...WA was marginalized.picking just two WA countries wasnt a smart move....so to avoid a heart attack...just vote for whom ever u want and if in the end our boy doesn't win ,we wud all be satisfied he played a good game and we wish him luck.
I wish many people had this mindset.

U should understand that the statement "whether I win or not" is mere consolation. Nobody wants to get that far only to escort the winner, they al want to WIN. Being among the top 5 brings u closer to winning cos ur only 5 steps away from the money and believe me anybody at that point everyone believes he/she is a serious contender....ask Beverly tongue

Better u see the end than be a quitter if ur exit doesn't come naturally earlier in the game and don't forget we are the ones watching and can tell the strong xters.

After mak u go tel Sipe is better she leaves as she has bagged al d fame she needs cos am double sure she ain't winning but u no see as she enter prayer mode b4 she won hoh... lipsrsealed

nah, Angela had a couple of stints on Edge of Paradise, she goes wayy back with Mnet, Gideon as well, due to BBN. Then there's the chic that plays Amaka, she was on Disclosure. Chris Okagbue was from GUS, Brenda is an old-timer, though she isn't into home videos. Beverly Naya and Ireti Doyle aren't new on the scene either. Neither are Kalu Ikeagwu, Jide Kosoko, Ann Njemanze nor Segun Arinze. I doubt it's that easy for a newbie to land a role in Tinsel without prior fame
It depends on the role.... Bassey's was a waka pass ....anyway here in the east ,we don't keep up with Lagos acts,we only recognize the national ones.....most of these hit cinema movies ,we don't watch it here....

They are lingering on because each of them believe they can win that moola. None of them believe they can't win. And to get a role in Tinsel is not easy unless you're already a well-known actor or actress. If you can be honest here, you'd have known that barring BBA, BASSEY had no chance at being cast on Tinsel. If Biggie should give a hint about who'll win the money, someone like Tayo go leave sharparly.

LOL @via sex. gringrin it's mostly the ladies that such means favours sha.
Some people just say it "whether I win or not ,I just want to be among the top five" .....I see no wisdom behind such statements...
And getting casted on tinsel ain't difficult.... Take it from me.....most of the actors there ,their only claim to fame is "Tinsel".....case in point bba Nigeria's Gideon and Angela .....Do you see our A listers INI Edo ,Genevieve Nnaji or omotola acting there ? Except for fading actors like "RMD "which other top actors have acted on tinsel?
And these days both women and men are sexually harrassed ....there is no exemption.

You've to understand that NONE of the HMs went to that show expecting to lose. Most if not all, went there to at least make the top 5. All the HMs are given cash prizes (correct me if I'm wrong) but the winner is given the biggest amount. But sometimes it's not about winning. It's more about exposure. Maria exposed herself to Africa before she got evicted hence her Ghana job.

Bassey exposed himself so much, with his interview session, that he got a role on Tinsel. Sulu got a minister job from his country after his days on BBA came to an end. Or is it Elikem's clothing line? So you see, winning is not all that there's to BBA.
That's exactly my point, why linger if you aint winning....get your ass out there and hustle ....to get a role in tinsel is not that difficult ,just go for their audition call or follow the easiest route pay via cash or sex and you are in tinsel, elikem is a very talented young man but his success is grossly overrated here....so far the chasemates that are at the point of blowing up in no particular order are:
Maria
Sulu
Cleo
Which brings me to my first point ,that you don't need to be at the finals to be noticed the most, just package yourself well and move out if you ain't winning 46 million naira.
Note ....Cleo is a notable exception.

3 people are leaving henceforth in order to ensure a top 5. It's 265, Sam and Goitse
Five people are up....it's only fair that two people leave.....sometimes we have top 7 like in amplified or top 6 like star game.

I want Tayo to win, but if he doesn't win, then his personal wish of reaching day 63 should come to pass.
Someone like me if am not going to win ,I will personally want to be evicted early so I can start doing something with my life
Look at someone like maria, she was evicted early ,she went to Ghana and started hustling ....now she has her own show ....which if she manages well might become huge someday.....I don't get all the buzz about staying till the last day, unless maybe because of the free food?

What if he's up and doesn't survive? WA is disadvantaged. In a scenario where he's up with M'am Bea, he's going hom. sad And I'm scared the most because Tayo told Sheillah he hates being under pressure so won't win the HOH. But who knows, not winning the HOH might work out for Tayo like it did for Dillish. HOH usually gets one enemies once the person he or she puts up, survives.
Tayo being there till day 63 is pretty certain( mnet will want to salvage whatever they can from this flop)
Winning is another thing altogether.
