we have other LGA in Cross River state. The truth is that outside Calabar, houses in other LGAs are very cheap that's why some people prefer to live at places like Akpabuyo, Akampka, Odukpani, Bakassi and go to work everyday at Calabar main town.

Most of those places within Calabar South are places you can't live and sleep with your two eyes. Your ears must be at alert always.

Single rooms goes for 4k, 5k or 6k depending on your location.

Self contain 80k, 100k or 120k depending on location . With tiles 150 - 180

One bedroom flat goes for 150, 180 or 200k
Two bedroom flat goes for 200 to 250
Three bedroom goes for 300 to 350k
All depending on your location.

I was in almost similar situation, almost ran away but something told me to stay put and fight whatever was behind it. Cos I knew something was wrong somewhere.

It was a long time depression from bad marriage, children and the environment.

To cut the story short, we ended at the Psychiatric hospital. Low cost of treatment and now she is perfectly ok.
