rentAcock:
Guys I did something very brave last week. I liquidated all my assets and I convinced my family members to lend me money for a business venture. My dad has a small building in orinle which I'm about to sell as well. So I bought dogecoin last week at an average price of $0.55 using all my life savings and the money I raised from my family. I'm up about 18% as dogecoin is trading at around $0.65 now. I have less than N5,000 in my bank account as we speak but if I hold dogecoin until one is worth $1000, guys I will be very rich. I foresee it hitting $1000 before the year runs out. Folks on social media are saying Elon Musk will mention it today on national broadcast in America like how their president gives national broadcast. If that happens, dogecoin can hit $10 today and I will officially be the richest person in my entire lineage. Guys I'm just so happy, who knew making money could be so easy, I've been hustling all these years to build my business when I should've invested in cryptocurrencies. This is such a foolproof plan I have going, nothing can ever go wrong. Sometimes I wonder why others haven't yet done the same thing I'm doing, it just seems like people prefer suffering. Wish me luck.

1 Yes, you need to apply for a new Visa to change employer

2 you do not need to change Visa for your dependants. The rules are clear. They can remain on the present Visa.
If you decide to change there Visa, you would get IHS refund anyway

3 as above.

Lizzyluke2:
Dear Sir/Ma,
Please I will like to be enlightened on the below senerio:

I am on tier 2 visa for 3 year and my dependant is also on tier 2 dependant visa for 3 years.

we are already on 6months now and I want to change my employer.

Please I will like to ask if:
1. Should I use the extension visa link to apply for my new visa?
2. Should I also apply for a new visa for my dependant or I should allow her current visa to end?
3. Will I pay for IHS since my the IHS I paid for the 3 years visa has not expired?

I will be very happy if you could help me out.

Thank you.

Can I just ask, do they now have the 10years validity passport with NIN integration? Thank

Jbloc:
Not true.
I was there yesterday and I give them pass mark on organisation.
They followed the teller numbering religiously. I did the fast track service and had my passport same day.

That happen very often. They do not need to contact the sponsor, and it has no effect on the outcome of your application
I have been invited to the UK before, and I have also invited a family to the UK , on both occasion "Sponsor wasn't contacted" , and Visa was still issued ...

Justblow:

Good day house: please I need to ask a very pressing question, is it possible for the ECO to issue a visit visa without making any formal contact? ( placing a phone call Tru to the sponsor, workplace etc)

Please I need experience here, has anyone received his/her visa, without the ECO contacting there sponsor, employer and so one... Please I need to know.... Many thanks

Please help with this...

I assume you are talking about priority tier 2 application, it costs extra £184 (per applicant) , and takes about 4-5working days. I did jst last week with dependants.

By the way, IOM TB result and certificates should be out same day, or did you do sputum test? Why is it taking that long?

Yeah I went there to the application center today and they told me to call their home office which I did just this night.

After charging the 20 pounds, they said they had made a decision since last week Friday and that within 10 working days which started last week so by next week, my passport should be out for collection.

okey. i am actually in similar situation. submission / biometrics at ikeja TLC on 15th May. No responses on decision yet, and my travel date is barely a week to go. The delay is just.........!!!

https://contact-ukvi.homeoffice.gov.uk/app/visa_application/checkvisastatus

you can use that link to check ur status, if TLC website ain't updated.

@Justwise and my able bodied people, please I need your advice on this.

I applied and had my U.K. Appointment/Biometrics on the 15th of May, 2017

The Sheffield UK received my application and it
was being considered for a decision on the 21st of May, 2017.

This is the 8th of June, 2017 and still waiting for another mail for collection and decision being made.

Also want to add, I think the 15 working days processing time starts from the day they receive the application not the actual appointment day.

Should I still hold on or go ahead and write to them? If I should write to them, please I need the contact details.

Thank you and would appreciate your help!!!

any updates yet??
