1 Yes, you need to apply for a new Visa to change employer 2 you do not need to change Visa for your dependants. The rules are clear. They can remain on the present Visa. If you decide to change there Visa, you would get IHS refund anyway 3 as above. Lizzyluke2: |

That happen very often. They do not need to contact the sponsor, and it has no effect on the outcome of your application I have been invited to the UK before, and I have also invited a family to the UK , on both occasion "Sponsor wasn't contacted" , and Visa was still issued ... Justblow: 1 Like |
