I find it hard to comprehend when all these so called "Big Companies" attach age restrictions to employment opportunities. I however do not blame them for this stupid act but blame our system that allows this to be done without any proper sanctioning. What effect/impact does age has on the work performance of individuals? Absolutely none. In a sane society, companies dare no do this because it is illegal and punishable to discriminate against any prospective employees or applicants because of age, sex, religion, sexual orientation or race.
