As a Secretary your duty is to give administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office, assists and support with planning and distributing information.

RESPONSIBILITY
1. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
2. Manage all agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
3. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
4. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
5. Develop and maintain a filing system.

SKILLS
1. Good communication, customer service and relations skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Integrity and professionalism.
4. Team working, Organisation and time management skills.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Negotiation/Assertiveness /Flexibility.

The ability to use Microsoft Office.


REQUIREMENT
1. Must have had experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
2. BSC / HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Hotel Management,Marketing, Mass Communication & Social Science.
3. Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
4. Ability to Multi-task and control time management.
5. Must have completed the NYSC or still Serving.
