Select country of birth as Nigeria but don't put any information for city of birth.

Thanks for the help. I tried to do so. The page could not be submitted cos the place of birth was left blank.

This is what you need to do...When filling out the necessary information to link your account, fill all information correctly and omit answering the section that asks for place of birth.....then submit ...The system should find your application, then you can link it...Let me know if it works

Infact 2 people in Canada tried helping out.. Still e no work..
