of course they can survive without Niger Delta oil because they've stollen enough of it through their well placed sons , built a working refinery even and spent billions sending pipes from the delta to the north to build standard reserves. all they need now is for their millitary to finish off the peoples of the delta and then there shall be enough fertalizer to go round.

I've finished applying using the uba site, problem is i can't re-log into the system. says password is incorrect, then retrieving the password is also a problem because it rejects the user id, even thought it accepts my email add, but it requires the both of them to work. pls if u can help me with advice on how i can work around it.
