The thing is that when it comes to the matter of religion it is not an open ground for we all to hav a say in it. For you to have a say in this matter, you need to be one who practice this religion has stipulated by the creator of mankind. About Islam! It is the only religion recognised by the lord of all creatures ( Mankind and jinkind). It was sent as a revelation to the noble prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Allaah said in the holy Qur'an if you can worship me by following the ways of the noble prophet I guarantee you paradise. Many Muslims have deviated from the creed of our noble prophet, that is why we find it difficult to comprehend the religion ( Islam). If only we can return back to the sunnah (morals) of our noble prophet and stop this ignoramus act, this will benefit us in this world and the hereafter. We need to be more concerned about the hereafter because this life is only temporary but the former is eternal. Muslims need to be proud of their religion and stop imitating the kuffar( Christians) in their ways of worship. Celebrating the new Gregorian year is imitating the kuffar in their worship and Allaah has warned us from imitating them. Also know that the religion does not stop your relationship with them in terms of material affairs and also don't create apathy for your Christian brethren all in the name of religion. Don't imitate them in worship, this is commandment of your lord! May Allaah ease our affairs and give us hikmah(wisdom) to understand his deen(religion). 4 Likes 1 Share |
