@Vicjustice your use of language as a moderator doesn't portray you to be matured.I have been on this thread for less than three months and i find your opinion to be rude, preposterous and nonsensical . Its is not mandatory you address all issues especially when you are different about the poster's opinion. courtesy demand that you allow other people to express their mind that is the basis of the medium pls.Just be positive for once mr know it all. 1 Like |

@Vicjustice regarding d2ddayo's plight i like submit that your stands on this argument is too negative .It is very clear that knowledge is not limited and we are entitle to our opinions. The situation with the guy in Question never mention TEN years ban as you stated and should he declare yes and no where required of him in his UK application not minding the fact that uk and Irish sharing info.He will surely be given if he meets all their requirements. I wish you well my bro in your applications. There is no monopoly of knowlege on Nairaland.pls. 3 Likes |

Can some one please help: I have a British wife and daughter, was in the uk illegally, charged for driving without license and charged but did not attend court before returning to Niaja at my expense as advice by my lawyer.I once applied but did not have a proof for paternity so was refuse based on this reason and that of the pending charges. After the appeal the judge rules that the pending charges can not be use as reason for my exclusion.I am working presently and my wife does,my salary is well above the threshold.pls how do i deal with the pending charges and what are my chances.pls help. |
