Hey guys, just jumping on the bus.
So I decided to try the OPQ and here are some things I noticed.

1. The best way to get the best out of it is be in your best mood when you write. Even if you are super prepared, you can still make wrong choices based on what you are feeling.

2. You should either be honest to who you are on your nicest day, or have a very good memory/picture of the ideal person you want to paint.

3. If you go in expecting to mirror PWC's values, if the values are not really within you, you will at some point forget , or you will be distracted and you will choose things that are not consistent with who you actually want to portray.

4. There are really no right or wrong answers The truth is that OPQ's are not marked as individual questions, the entire 104 questions are a composite body of questions to define your personality. Based on your response, SHL will define who you are. So the best bet is just be yourself and be true to who you are.
You would rather be rejected for who you are than be rejected for who you want to be.

My thoughts tho.
