You don't need an affidavit for Birth certificate. You should get a Birth Certificate from NPC.

I know someone who would appreciate money than grains of rice as Zakatul Fitri. I personally feel that the spirit of Zakatul Fitri is for the poor to be able to feed themselves during Eid not to mandatorily drop bags of raw food at their doorsteps.

The best sunnah is to give staple food but I do give money and believe I have fulfilled the injunction thereby because I understand what its spirit is.

I will advice you give the staple food and the add money as Charity....its just one woke up for Fajr and decided to prayer 4 rakat instead of 2, saying he feeling happy and strong that money, that will make Salat void, but one observe 2 rakat then add as many Nafl as he wishes.
May Almighty Allah accept it from us.

Yellowing of leaves, stunted growth etc. I tried all I could to save them, but it was too late. Painful though, but it was a great learning experience. Very important to treat your soil with nematicide.....leaf miner was the last to show up. Though called the Ibadan office of Agritropic, but it was bit late as I couldn't get somebody to help me get fighter from them...Please how effective was the fighter 35ec for white flies? Did it also work for the leaf miner? Did you have any experience of nematodes? ....Also let us know your rate of application and the quantity per knapsack... This your NEVER USE POULTRY MANURE stuff is a bit confusing. I have always used it. And I am very sure other people will want to know too. There are a million and one lectures they can give without having hatred speeches, without attacking people believe or without talking about things that are illogical.
Listen to Mufti Menk lectures and hear quality lectures, there are Nigerian Lecturer who also give QUALITY lectures too but they are few, in South West here the Major lecturer you hear there lectures in most public place have lectures that are so barbaric.
Using public address system, even if all the churches are using it to disturb, its those not give Muslim right to use it in order to disturb too, it against Islam, for the fact that someone his barking at me those not mean I should bark at the person, doing that just make worse than that person.

Books? I don't know, but I can recommend lectures from Mufti Menk, he as quality lectures, straight forward, not boring, in English.
