You have skipped many truths in your writing. Osun is not an oil rich state but it is the safest state in Nigeria and it is home to people from every part of Nigeria due to its low cost of living. You can do your research well about Osun state and you will discover it is doing well. I will point out to you that Lagos is what it is not because of Nigeria's wealth. Lagos is what it is because of good leadership over the years. Your region as failed to develop at good pace due to bad leadership. But you will rather blame Buhari and Tinubu for your misfortune while your governors keep looting your region dry. Has Buhari held back any allocation for any SE/SS state ? The SE will only develop when your people stop playing the politics of hate and start holding your governors accountable. If the SE/SS has a person like Tinubu, all your folks will not be begging to come to that same Lagos you despise the man who built it so much.

Did SE and SS vote for Buhari ? It's the SE and SS that need Tinubu so that everybody in your region would stop begging to come to Lagos. With the way it is going the SE and SS need divine intervention.

Let me tell you the supreme Court have more 20 judges, for your information of the majority of the judges agree to the review there is nothing you people can do, already some of the senior benchers at the supreme Court are already feeling embarrassed because of that judgement are even the ones advising PDP to raise indicting case of review, you should wonder why justice Inyang okoro tactically withdrew from that judgement because he didn't want to be among the dirty ones, they thought as usual PDP Will take the judgement but the underated PDP this time around because the judgement was a clear case of fraud, PDP and some other senior judges and senior lawyers are out to disgrace Tanko Muhammad to pull him down, mark my words

So I sat and was surfing the internet when I saw this fine girl with bum short. Glowing dark skin, tall, nice hips, better yansh. She sat a little distant from me with some guys. Then I was about leaving when I was about to pay for what I bought, she also came and ordered some stuffs for their table. So I just struck a little

Your street orientation is zero. Giving the girl your personal phone number and taking her to your house is the most expensive mistake you’d ever make. Those kind of girls are baits for foolish men like you who only think with their dicks. I hope the DSS would start going every where with you from now. Mumu

Politics / Why Atiku Will Never Be Nigerian President. by diltstwoods(m): 10:22am On Sep 03, 2018
Atiku left the Nigerian Customs as the CEO as a young man, a promising one for that matter. He later received the blessing of the then greatest politician of IBB era, his godfather, Shehu Musa Yar'adua to become the President in 1993. He couldn't even win the SDP Primary despite this gigantic endorsement. In 1999, he started humbly by opting for Adamawa Governor, he won without anybody's endorsement but unfortunately, his late godfather's friend simultaneously picked him as VP. Atiku left the position he got in Adamawa on his own strength and opted for what looked like a realization of his godfather's plan for him in 1993. To become the President.

The truth is that Atiku took up the VP role in 1999 because he thought that the proximity of him becoming the President is nearer as the VP than a Governor but he was totally proved wrong. As we can see today, two Governors including one that rose from deputy Governor to Governor had become Presidents in contests he was always involved in either as a VP or ex VP. And the man who is currently the President of Nigeria today was not even elected for any office before since 1999 until 2015. And those dragging the ticket from him in party today are majorly Former Governors and Serving Governors. Lol, he would have been better off as Adamawa Governor, may be OBJ would have picked him instead of Umoru.

However, the very first day Atiku became the VP, he started Nursing a presidential ambition. This time, no godfather promised him but some maraboouts told him OBJ would either die or be impeached. And since he had information that OBJ is diabetic, he thought yes, his boss may die any moment but little did he know that diabetic don't kill but the mismanagement of it. Obj had been diabetic since 1982 but he is as strong as Mont everest. Atiku once told a European delegation that his boss is not strong and that they should advise him to 'take it easy', he later revealed his boss health secrets to those guests. Obj knew this eventually. Again, he allegedly engaged the maraboouts to pray for a quick end of his boss who has refused to die, them OBJ said "I dey kampe". Again, he bribed the NASS to impeach his boss, that one also flopped again. He used the PDP Governors, it flopped. Then OBJ turned to him for a massive counter attack which landed him on the floor, Tinubu came to his rescue, gave him a platform but it was Jagaban that loved him, he never loved anyone apart from Aso Rock. He left Jagaban because that one is a mere former governor, what can he do? Atiku went to Ota driven by Oyinlola to postrate for Obj. He thought it would be easier of an ex president to make him a President than for an ex governor to make him president. Lol, miscalculation!!!

Atiku became a subject of mockery. On hearing the death of Yar'adua, he rushed back to the PDP thinking that the North would vote for him to complete Yar'adua tenure but a political embryo Jonathan defeated him in the primary despite manipulating the greedy northern Caucus of the PDP to make him the northern candidate of the PDP. He lost again. He joined the APC, he lost the primary again. The ex Governor he abandoned had moved on, this time around with his neighbor that is far better than him. Tinubu and Buhari combo rescued Nigeria from the PDP. Atiku left the APC again, went back to the PDP for the 3rd time. Unfortunately, it becomes glaringly evident on a daily basis that he cannot secure the PDP ticket and even the PDP itself cannot get to Aso Rock in 2019 and perhaps, for a long time or forever!

Of what purpose was Atiku's desperation? Or is it Deservation? He has lost out.

He then remembered the words of King Solomon:

“Meaningless! Meaningless!”
says the Teacher.
“Utterly meaningless!
Everything is meaningless.”
What do people gain from all their labors
at which they toil under the sun? Generations come and generations go,
but the earth remains forever. The sun rises and the sun sets,
and hurries back to where it rises. The wind blows to the south
and turns to the north;
round and round it goes,
ever returning on its course. All streams flow into the sea,
yet the sea is never full.
To the place the streams come from,
there they return again. All things are wearisome,
more than one can say.
The eye never has enough of seeing,
nor the ear its fill of hearing. What has been will be again,
what has been done will be done again;
there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which one can say,
“Look! This is something new”?
It was here already, long ago;
it was here before our time. No one remembers the former generations,
and even those yet to come
will not be remembered
by those who follow them."

Vanity upon Vanity.....

And he wept bitterly.

Wiseandtrue:
What I know is that it is not only Saraki that has thugs

If they are to arrest politicians with thugs from numbers 1-5, TINUBU will be number 1 on that list!

So why make it Saraki's affair as if other politicians are saints undecided

Now if you are talking about stealing and murdering at the Offa bank, no sane mind will ask you not to persecute Saraki if he is found wanting

If the Nigerian police already have evidences against him, follow due process now, charge him to court! Very Simple!

modified:
for many quote I have received especially those objective without any form of insults, I appreciate and to those who are equally not I also appreciate your quotes

Let me reiterate using Oredein recently posted on nairaland as a case study.

Oredein, and some police officers teamed up with a robber and robbed a bank

[b]Please note that the judge knew that Oredein could distance himself from the robbery and he tendered an overwhelming evidence which Oredein could not deny.

The culpit even testified that Oredein knew about the robbery and collects his share

Now my point is this:
If after your investigations, charge him to court!

I only know Saraki as the senate president and nothing more. I am on the side of JUSTICE!
I say things the way they are! Saraki should be CHARGED just like other criminals IF FOUND GUILTY but not based on differences on political ideas!

YOU are all shouting upandan but how many times have we raised issues on the killing by herdsmen Which is OVER 100 people, please be honest, did the Nigerian police/ IGP react like this

please lets not be sentimental about this issue! Ask and answer this question:
1. Why is FULANI is free roaming and killing

2. Look at the list of those facing persecution right now: They are either the oppositions or those with contrary views to Buhari's leadership styles:
a. Shehu Sani
b. Saraki
c. Dino
d. Fayose
e. OBJ
While I am not against the fight against corruption, I am against SELECTIVE JUSTICE!

Buhari is not going to take us to the promise land with lies and propaganda!
I make bold to tender a recent happening:
1. The killings of the just cincluded APC primaries in Ekiti where lives were lost!

2. Fulani killings on a daily basis, has any sponsors being mentioned?

3. MURIC has made more hate speeches than I have ever heard anywhere yet they roam freely while the police arrests any common man who dare speaks against the president

4. Mayetti Allah or whatever they called themselves owned up to the killings in Benue, where is the police And alot of instances like that!

I repeat: NO TO SELECTIVE JUSTICE while FG corrects this abnormalities, if Saraki is found guilty, do not spare the rod in fact I will be amongst the first to condemn him

Thank you!

That’s how you shoot yourself in the leg. You don’t have any evidence to back up your allegations against the likes of Tinubu. Is it Buhari that asked Saraki’s thugs to go rob a bank and kill lots of innocent citizens? Will you say this same things if any of your family members were involved in the killings? There is valid evidence here with proofs to back it up. If we are fighting Buhari for the killings around the country, this is one good example and nobody should be spared. I assume you are a part of the opposition and you are aware of all the killings that happened in the country, kidnappings that rocked every part of the country and all the corruption too during Goodluck’s administration, it didn’t just start yesterday. Stop shouting witch haunt if it’s true those people have cases to answer.

Is it only the IG they can't invite to appear or the other President's appointee, because all the ministers, Heads of Departments of Agencies at one point or another have all appeared before the National Assembly since the start of democracy, including the CBN governor. Just last week, all the service chiefs, DSS, ARMY, NAVY and few days ago the National Security Adviser to the President answered the summon by the Senate. So are you saying only IG can not appear or answer summons by the National Assembly according to your constitution?
He can choose either to appear or send a representative to the senate depending on the circumstances surrounding the summon. The summon was based on the treatment of of Dino Melaye which sounds more like “ let’s deal with him “ not some productive summon. Our lawmakers are our major problems. They are a bunch of selfish rogues. With a good set of lawmakers, any president can’t afford to misbehave. Forget all this noise they are making now cos things are not going their ways.

Don't only read this your so-called ''story'', also go back and read the Police previous stories why they are inviting Saraki. Meanwhile, the IGP had been invited by the same Saraki as the Senate President, to come and explain himself why there are so much killings going on in the country everyday but the man refused to appear.
You should get a Nigerian constitution and read. The senate doesn’t have a veto power to summon the IG himself that’s why he sends a representative to them. The senate should stop acting like they are the 3 arms of government in 1. They should stop acting like some village chiefs. In saner climes with all these allegations against Saraki, he should humbly resign and answer to the allegations.

No one is celebrating lawlessness my friend.
Hypocrisy, Nepotism, and selective prosecution is an even greater evil to any society than the common infractions and malfeasances the average citizen commits every now and then.

Let me give an example. The average Nigerian doesn't pay taxes. I do not blame them. The government has not evolved a simple and convenient way for tax assessment and collections. Therefore, the far majority of Nigerians are tax evaders by default.
Now, a morally corrupt and tyrannical government can easily use that to selectively target and persecute citizens who oppose the government.

That act itself becomes more pernicious to the society than the simple act of tax avoidance that the majority of the citizens are guilty of by default.
Very very valid points . I do agree with you . But what do we do when we have two options that are both bad and we are only left to chose between which is bad and which is worse. That’s our situation right now, so pathetic

Doesn't matter where you start. What matters is visibility, awareness. A way to make people know whom you are. There are many ways to achieve that. Starting from the grassroots is one of them but it's slow. No one knew ambode but today he is governor, no one knew osibanjo but today he is vp. Donald trump did not even contest any election prior to the presidential today he is president.
We are too ethnically divided for this kind to happen at this point. Ambode was accountant general for Lagos state and also rode on the shoulder of the giant. Osinbajo is a different scenario cos he wouldn’t have contested an election and won. Party politics is still very strong in Nigeria. I don’t know Sowore’s party and how much ground they can cover as per publicity. In Nigeria, you will still need a strong party to confront opposition no matter how intelligent your candidate is.

Fela was obviously targeted because of his bold criticism of the government.

In the same Buhari administration, 52 suitcases belonging to an Emir, alleged to have been full of foreign currencies, went right through the same security agencies at the same airport without as much as a question.
Buhari has never been a man of any iota of integrity, and will never be.
Buhari doesn’t work at the airports nor was he ever an Immigrations officer . It’s possible he never had any hands in his arrest . It wasn’t Fela’s first trip in and out of the country . What we are saying is with $16 billion USD investment in Nigerian power grid over a decade ago, We should not have any problems with power anymore . We should stop celebrating incompetence.

joeluv:
How true is the statement that "OBJ's government spent $16 billion on power and had nothing to show for it"?

Fact Checks:

1. By May 1999 when OBJ took office, Nigeria had seven functional power plants generating 1,500 mW daily. These were Kainji, Jebba and Shiroro hydroelectric plants; and Egbin, Afam, Delta and Sapele gas thermal plants.

2. The two coal thermal plants at Orji River and Ijora were non-functional for lack of coal and obsolete equipment.

3. During 1999-2007, the FGN built six gas power plants now supplying electricity to the national grid. They include Afam II (276 mW), Papalanto (330 mW), Geregu (414 mW) and Omotosho (330 mW), all completed by May, 2007.

4. A fifth plant at Alaoji, Delta State (545 mW), was under construction. A sixth plant was under construction at Ikot-Abasi, Akwa-Ibom State (145 mW). It was a state government partnership with the FGN.

5. Also during 1999-2007, six states initiated power projects under the NIPP Program with FGN support (though not partnerships) at: Sapele (Delta State), Egbema (Imo), Ehobor (Edo), Gbaram (Bayelsa), Calabar (Cross-River), and Omoku (Rivers).

6. In the private sector, the Agip oil company built and commissioned a 480 mW thermal plant at Okpai, Delta State.

7. Two hydroelectric projects at Zungeru (Niger State) and Mambilla (Taraba State) were at the design and conception stage by 2007. Construction work started at Zungeru (700 mW) in 2013, to be completed in 2020, while construction work at Mambilla (3,050 mW) started only in 2018.

8. During 1999-2007, the FGN also rehabilitated existing power plants at Kainji, Egbin and Shiroro, which were all performing far below capacity due to accumulated neglect.

9. Also during 1999-2007, the FGN initiated new power transmission projects (though most of them commenced after 2007) and passed into law the Power Sector Reform Act which allowed the privatization of NEPA/PHCN.

Summary:
