Properties / Re: Red Flags To Look Out For During Property Inspection by DirtyGold: 8:09am On Nov 21, 2020
All these ones are secondary.
Location, security, power supply to the area, access to household and emergency purchases etc should come first before agreeing to even inspect the house. Anything else can be easily fixed in a few days

Nice post though.

Pfft. What you said was opened to interpretations. There's a limit to which a paltry sum can sustain a family. That's reality, no matter what their values are on, and it could cause frictions from time to time that'll threaten their stability and love.
Madam, everything isn't about money! Anything (including intangible things) can cause friction in any relationship

I'm literally not on about this. Never been.
Okay.

Lol... So love can fully thrive in lack/poverty? And there's the possibility of those lower class couples who truly love each other in the sense that you say moving up the social ladder. I do not think material acquistions can change that base.
See yourself? I never said poverty. People working low end jobs still have families, they have roof over their heads and can afford food and even dare to have multiple kids. Their happiness is tied to basic thing, simple pleasures... content and happiness are things of the mind. They don't know or care about iPhones and shits the woke generation hinge "living the life" on.

I think exceptions do apply in some cases. Exceptions. I can't tell how common... There are women who aren't about all those qualities (I'm not one). And depending on other qualities of his... A man might just be all that and yet be a beast or an empath that is emotionally intelligent in his private dealings.
Like I said, a woman's choice of a man depends on her internal wants, needs, desires and experiences. And a man's job is to like a girl, approach and see if she likes him enough on her own without trying so hard to 'win' her.

No p. We agree that different women and different men can find love, irrespective of labels and societal classifications sometimes.
Sure! There are always exceptions to every rule because we are human beings - not robots. But, there are better easier ways of achieving fantastic results and as far as the topic of the OP is concerned, the author is right.

Let me make this clearer, has nothing to do with the initial OP: It's just a question for you:- If you're saying the bolded - the love of a woman - it means women can love unconditionally, and they have the capability for loving, yes?
Why not? It is men who can afford a "polygamous" nature of loving two or more and keeping the balance. A woman was not originally designed to be like that but, today's women with liberalism are living like that now.

And it is possible for a regular guy (e.g., a simp) to get that kind of love by being himself (not sexually exploratory, not controlling and so on)?
Sure... and the love is more true in this sense. Men who do the lowest jobs enjoy the loyalty of their wives more than people in the proletariat and upper class. But, you and I discussing here don't live in that world. Ours is a showy, gliteratti, paparazi world where everybody is fronting a perfect life and wanting the extraordinary. A man that is with a woman that truly chooses him wont need to be anything other than his true self to keep her.

You're saying women can love men for who they are, and I'm trying to draw your attention to the fact that that claim negates the claim that women are drawn to only certain kind of men.
That women can love men for who they are in an ideal world does not preclude the idea of women being drawn to certain kinds of men. Which woman doesn't want a strong, intelligent, rich, confident man?

A man who is quiet, nerdy, passive, etc., can attract the genuine love of some woman out there... A man who isn't actively trying to be dominant can have/experience the love of a woman... (that is) not coerced, forced, seduced, lured.

Do you get it?

There are different standards of an ideal man for different women.
This takes me back to my earlier post wherein I said, the thread is about finding the woman worth committing to. A woman knows what she wants in a man and some qualities rank higher than others. A woman's personality will inform her choice of who her ideal man is. Her love language and a man's ability to speak it well can rock her world. Her previous experiences also plays a role etc.

The job of the man is to find a woman that likes him like that before committing to her. An average girl will agree to date and even marry a presentable, comfortable man who is showering her with attention but her heart wont necessarily be with him which is why the OP's test are valid though not foolproof.

You have said nothing in response to what I asked... My point still stands.
You proved it, in fact.
What was the question and what is your point?

If it possible for a lady to be lured and tAkEn from you,
That possibility is forever present as long as she remains a "functional" woman.

then there's no way you can really keep her to remain with you, no matter what.
Exactly! That's why billionaires still get cheated on! Even if you donate a kidney to her and spend N50million on the surgery, her loyalty cant be guaranteed.

Do you believe women don't like to hear the truth? And they cannot be with an ordinary, down-to-earth guy, with "nothing"? (In terms of experience, money, looks, etc.)
Only few do in this generation of slay queens that want instant satisfaction. If you cant say yes or give right now, there's always some other guy (who has shown interest) on the side that they can ask.

If you believe the above determines whether a woman choose you or not, then you can't say there's a woman that can choose you for who you are. Without pretenses, etc.
This seems to be where you're confusing yourself. The thread is about testing a woman to see if she is worth committing to which in other words means, trying to find out if she considers you an ideal man that she willingly loves. The love of a woman should never be bought, lured, convinced or pressured.

The point is finding a woman who has her head in the right place, has the right attitude/personality and has made you her king. Keeping a woman that has chosen a man gives the man peace. But, if for some reason she still leaves, at least the man will have satisfied his conscience of playing the game right, staying true to himself and trying to be with the right person without the pressure of doing stupid things in order to woo or keep her.

Romance / Re: Traits a man should observe in a woman when considering commitment by DirtyGold: 9:06am On Nov 13, 2020
Most importantly, a woman will naturally do most of these things and be on her best behavior if she chooses you. Do not ever try to convert a woman that has not fallen in love with you to do all this, it will be a disaster. Go where you are loved, and the woman will naturally submit if you are playing your part right. So do well for yourself, develop yourself as a man, so you'll have female abundance and leverage to set standards.
That's the main point of this thread. If she's for you, you wont even have to try...
And then pray she doesn't get pulled to some other guy that seems better than you

Magnoliaa:

Contradictions upon contradictions everywhere. Buh well, you are saying, in other words, there's a possibility for another OG with better games to snatch her, yeah? After all, men need to practice... Another man conquering another man's adds to his portfolio and all, abi?

That means you'll have to keep your pets on a tight leash - 'cos they are mindless and swayed by illusions, sweet words.

I wonder who is the controller and the head here.

Hmm. "The things we read here," like someone said.

My view does not contradict the OP. If you like a girl, make your interest known. If she truly chooses to be with you, you wont need to stress at all. With such a girl, you can tell her your church mind anytime and she wont run away. She'll commit her effort into making it work including making excuses for you when you fall short of expectations.

However, choosing you is a choice (her choice) and a normal girl (including married women) gets regular attention from other men. If for some fascination she unwittingly gives some other guy attention and the excitement or vibes of a new relationship overshadows her present relationship, then the pre-existing relationship starts developing a k-leg... what was nothing suddenly becomes a major problem and before you know it, she's pulled away to that "better man" even if what suddenly looked better to her was an illusion.

Don't mind these idiots in power
I saw earlier that disaster woman forming something and claiming fake glory. I don't blame her though, I blame all the people with very low IQs praising her.

FOR THE RECORDS, MOST OF THE LOOTED WAREHOUSES HAD PALLIATIVES DONATED BY CA-COVID (bought with publicly donated funds from the rich people who have benefitted immensely from doing business in Nigeria) THE LOOTED PALIATIVES WERE NOT FROM THE FGN. The other sacks bearing the Disaster ministry's print were not meant as palliatives because they have chemicals probably for distribution to farmers.

Let's be guided and not attribute credit to who it isn't due... the government announced that they donated stuffs which most people didn't see or benefit from.

The entire ruling class are the problem of Nigeria and the biggest problem is the number one guy whose policies pushed the people to the edge and crumbled everything.

It is good that the people are beginning to wake up to confront their harsh realities.
Protests are good and are instantaneous but, it must not end there.

WE MUST NOT WAIT FOR 4 YEARS TO GET A BAD GOVERNMENT OUT.
HOW SO? WE HAVE SENATORS AND REPS MEMBERS representing us, reach out to them, demand they move for the impeachment of the sitting president among any other demands you have (let the people organize themselves and send bills to the national assembly from across the nation), if he/she refuses, approach INEC to RECALL that national assembly member and elect someone else that will do the people's bidding, simple!

If members of the national assembly representing you are absentees, unreachable or misrepresenting you, youths and other well-meaning members of the society should move for their recall immediately... it mustn't be after 4years!

Protests cannot continue forever but there are channels of achieving the same objectives if the people are so determined to get the desired change.

The youths must become vigilantes of the governance process... no more sidon look disposition of old.
