Hello DjGimzy,

If your sponsor is financially sufficient, capable and reliable; and can genuinely demonstrate financial commitment to sponsor your study, then may be covered and not necessarily have to include your BS if the inflow and closing balance is poor.

However, you MAY likely be less scrutinized financially if you can demonstrate you have a solid source of income & economic level of establishment in your country.

Though there are quite few who have been successful. If you go back some pages, I think I saw a testimony of someone who is a matured applicant and recently got approval without including a personal BS. You can quote the person for hints.

Personally, I will always advice matured applicants with work experience to include personal POF. Though individual circumstances varies.

Best of Luck

Hello JustMellow

When you say my sponsor should be able to demonstrate financial assistance, how will she do this. Can this be demonstrated through payment of application fee and tuition deposit or there is more to this.

Hello DjGimzy,

Personally, on some certain circumstances especially if PA is matured with work(ing) experience, I do advise it.

Best of Luck

Am 28yrs old. My account is some how empty because of the just concluded Christmas and new year celebration. I earn 100k a month, is this ok, because i intend going for the may admissions and i will end up having less than 500k in my account for the period but My sister is the sponsor of my education.

Hello DjGimzy,

Yes, it is very possible. The person should go to the bank in the CoR and make inquiry on how feasible to get the MBS. If its infeasible, the person should give you thw foreign BS or send directly to the embassy. At your end, write an LOE to the effect.

At this time, the NSE stream has been gracefully processed if other requirements are met. This has been evidently witnessed in some applications here.

N.B: The financial requirement states that the POF (MBS) should either be in the sponsor's or applicant's name.

Best of Luck

Hello JustMellow

Thank you for your response.
Do i need to provide my bank statement to support my SOP to explain my study gap of 2yrs
Or i can provide only my appointment letters and that will be enough?

If the person providing the SOA is your relative and sponsor, then no need for student to provide account.
The caveat is that the sponsor’s SOA must cover tuition and living expense for one year and should show (personally I suggest over) 5m as balance.

Thank you for your response. Yes she is my relative but she is a citizen of the USA.

Hello,
Are you saying that if his tuition for a year is $21k, R & B $10k and other $3k... for a year the. $35k is sufficient POF? What if he is sponsoring himself? Should he show this or double (for 2 years) as POF?

I have been reading about this New procedure to process study permit for Nigerians NSE, can someone that is not in Nigeria that is sponsoring my education provide there banks statement that is not a Nigerian bank for this NSE and will the applicants statement of account be required for the process?

Hi,

With a 2.2, you can apply to a college for a PG. Cert program in Mechanical Engineering/Welding/Manufacturing

Do refer to the post in the link below for
PG. Cert Programs in Mechanical Engineering/Welding/Manufacturing programs
https://www.nairaland.com/5818588/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/483#95675552

Look out for the PG.Cert that resonate well with you undergraduate degree, most especially the courses you did in school

- About low tuition fee, you can't get that, i doubt if you can get that $8K CAD tuition you mentioned, international students pay a whole lot than domestic students.

In terms of tuition, put your mind to the range of in between $15k CAD - $20KCAD

If you open the Tuition section of those programs in the link above you would confirm that

Also note that LIVING EXPENSES is there aswell

So financial readiness is very essential for this movement

Bless you!!!!

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your time.

Welcome to the forum..
There are no cheap schools in that range.. Also your best bet is a PGD in a college and their tuition is the range of $15,000 to $19,000.

Thank you for your response
