VERSION OF PAINS
I wrote this poem from deep within my heart. It is a true poem and I would like to share my version of pains the day I heard da News about: “Da Four Uniport Students”…(RIP!)

Could you imagine a pain so deep down inside
That it cannot be summarized in words you simply can write
A pain that touches your toes and up to the top of the ceiling
You can’t eat, you can’t sleep, that’s the pain that I am feeling….

It was a cold October day,
When these four dudes sadly passed away….
In my bed, I lie awake, thinking what could have been…
I shut my eyes, praying it was just a dream,
But unfortunately it was reality
the most awful thing I had ever seen
lives were been lynched over ephemeral things

In da video clip, ‘saw fire burn n’ scorch live human skin
I still can remember their last screams
And the fear in their eyez,
And maybe their last words were…"I don't want to die"
I can still see them lying there on the ground,
with their own blood all around
As great big tears welled up my face,
Their killers left without a trace

So painful for youths of such young age to die
And it was all because…a friend let a friend to die
I remember the people around looking down on them
And I kept thinking to myself, why couldn’t anyone save them?

Helpless fighting for every breath, they watched them die
There was nothing they could do, and as they died…
Part of da Nation died too and yet no one could understand
These pictures playing over and over in our minds
these images of adolescences full of life
crumbling before our eyes, they died…

Their souls were taken, it happened at a time so sudden
So brutal it was that their memory will remain unforgotten

‘Wish their parents, families, friends and loved ones bear this loss
Cos Grief is the ceremony of a lost treasure

As for me behind bars isn’t anywhere their murderers should be...
..If peradventure apprehended…but like Joseph Addison puts it:

“There is no virtue as truly great and godlike as justice”…
I missed them more when I heard their music: “Oh What a Pity”!

Hey dudes! Happy New Year 2 u all, Sry i didn't get back 2 u guyz on time, d reason was due 2 d festivities, and also i was been very careful of my movement cos of d Abuja bombing saga, anyway; i went there myself, checked the list and this is what i found:

"It was actually a merit list" The Jamb score & Pume score were averagely calculated & sent 2 Jamb, those who did well averagely from the score were the successful ones, so advise anyone u know writing Jamb or Pume 2 jack well oooo, cos merit whatever still works,

The few names were only shortlisted for the following programmes: English, Law, Philosophy, Rel. studies, History, Linguistics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Bus. admin, Science & Environment, Arts & social, Geography, Econs, sociology, Political sci, Agric sci, Physics, Statistics, Maths, Chemistry and Pub. admin.


Computer Science, Medicine and Engineering courses are yet 2 be released, though more & more chua chua list will also be released soon according 2 wat i heard, so let's keep ears on ground,

Among all the names i checked for so far, it was only "Eleazu Osita Ibe - Physics (utme:230/post pume:80)" dat was shortlisted, so congratulations son! Holla @ ur boy! aight?

Jesse Jagz much anticipated album flopped! True or false?

4 me, i fink Jessy Jagz - "Jag of all trade" album didin't really push much as it was expected. So many fans were thinkin' , his gon' rule over M.I wen it dropped, cos 2some he sounds better of, but his album turned out not 2 really sound hiphop! i heard some "jago hausa" kinda sound and all dat.
