This is why you see a lot of persons like me have decided to keep mute, at least for now. Unfortunately, the forum is dying gradually.
I have a lot of information to give hear, ranging from our minimum wage payment, the amount we are expecting, promotion letters collection, and filling of forms for a new promotion next year etc, but I can't say it, just to avoid insults.

To be afraid of insults in a public forum is like a farmer being afraid of the sun or rain and decide not to go to farm. What a lazy farmer that is.

The forum is not dying and cannot die, it's made up of hundreds of participants who engage especially during the last week of the month and when there are special information concerning our jobs and rivers state government. That the forum is dying is an illusion obviously.

Oga if you will not give information then keep it back since you fear insult, as if an insult will reduce the money in your bank account, what makes you feel of all the participants in this forum, you're the ONLY ONE with these information and more?

First of all ị am not an ingrate, I am entitled to my rights as a civil servant, it is not a privilege but a right to get whatever benefits accrued to me by government.

Sim can never in his life decide not to pay or pay lesser than federal government approved minimum wage, he himself knows the consequences is dare.

That someone is Nyesom wike since you're so afraid to call his name, well what is his relevance today in rivers state politics? His reward will be swift on him.

The 30k was an order from federal government an the money was disbursed to the states, if rivers state has paid us 30k for six months 30×6=180k, therefore rivers state government took our 80k and gave us just 100k and you're happy about it and clapping hands for politicians that don't give a damn about you.

To show how wicked they are, they did not specify how long it will take them to conclude their useless meeting, and bring out the template. They deliberately delayed to constitute the committee until now, and deliberately didn't give a time frame to conclude the job.

You may not be far from the truth. The 2024 budget didn't capture the new minimum wage, hence my take that it be taken to or captured in the 2025 budget. As it stands now, Gov. Sim has not said anything about the minimum wage and when he will pay. But anything can happen before the end of the year.

The time minimum wage was increased to 30k it was in that same year that Rivers state began to pay 30k minimum wage, during the Nyesom Wike regime who was inhumane.

Why would Fubara with a human face, and political tuzzle with Wike decide to pay new minimum wage by January 2025? Even inside this hardship!
