I experienced same too for the second month running. First Bank seems not to have any justification for this ridiculous charge. I sent a mail to the complaints resolution department of the CBN. It was acknowledged and promised to communicate the outcome of their investigations. You may also send a complaint against First Bank or any financial institutions to cpd@cbn.gov.ng.
