BrosPeter, hold your fire. I think they av' learnt their lessons, perharps in the most hardest way, especially Chino and Aroli. Please, hold your fire. Iwe nwanne anaghi eru na-okpukpo. To me,Igbo unity is sacrosant, and anyone dividing Igbos,is inviting the inevitable! 2 Likes |

Am not Chino that threatens with emptiness,i go it all out,to make real my words. If you don't desist from this act of dividing Igbos, under 'unnecessary lines' with this statement,"By the way ,we Anambrarians know our origin and who is related to us. Chiwude: Why will I have hatred for Anambra! Are those within the Anambra geographical entrapment not my umunnem. Abeg don't soil my name. Is Anambra or even Imo not artificial in origin. We are Igbos first before any useless attachment to any state. Pan-Igbo unity should be our major task. Site na Igbo bi na Benue, ro Anioma, ro Umu Ubani, ro na Ebonyi anyi nile bu ofu. We are all equal! People like Chino needs to be given re-orientation about these things. Though Competition among ourselves has always been a typical hallmark of Ndigbo - something that has helped us climb the pinnacle of greatness as a tribe - it's still left for us to guard against any harbinger of unhealthy rivalry that has the potentials of tearing apart our age long unity. So when people like me chastise Chino, I don' do it because I hate him, I do because I have gotten fed up with his childish display. We can't just fold our hands and give Chino a field day to desecrate our land with his negative posts. The young man has eventually gotten served from the likes of Faun. From hence forth, he would mind were he faces his rifle. And as for those who are hell bent on derailing this thread, I will advice them to sheath their sword. I suggest a new Anambra thread be open because this one has gotten messed up. Better still, Spider and others should help give us quality pictures of the true development of Anambra. The Anambra of major industries and architectural beauty. That was the essence of the thread in the first place.Well spoken.! Every well meaning Igbo, and Anambrarian, must dissociate themselves from what i called 'Chino-disease'. We are Igbos first, before being ,Abians,Anambrarians,Aniomas,Imolites, etc. We must never allow this Nigerian bulkanization,to bulkanize our sense of reasoning. Anambra may be subdivided tomorrow,in the cause of state creation, what will that lad of a Chino do? I wish to join the Igbos in this forum,to outrightly condem this chino-disease,and advice that he repent ASAP. 1 Like |

Energito: the work is not below standard because you have not seen them all yet nd the picture are not uploading again. My brother, once again,i must commend you. But please, from what i have seen, their isn't anything "int'l" about those lockup stores. Am not Chino,i don't engage in "we" vs "them". Am from Imo,but am an Igbo first, before being Imo,hence,am pro-Igbo,and not pro-imo.Therefore,telling me to post what my Governor is doing, isn't necessary.lets demand the very best, from our leaders. |

Energito: pls open another thread and show us the work of your won gov.Energito, you must accept my commendation, for trying to showcase efforts of our leaders, towards developing Igboland. But please,we must constructively criticize them, where and when necessary. Obughi na agwopuru nsi,nsh akana-esi. |

Biafra isn't a landlocked country. We av' access to the sea,via Ukwa East,in Abia state. Abia state Government, has proposed to construct seaport there. Its 25Nautical miles,to the Atlantic Ocean, while the pretigeous Onne port,in Rivers state,is 40Nautical miles,to the Atlantic ocean. 2 Likes |

Is it a culture in that part of Nigeria?. Politically motivated killings,is now a day to day news in the west. Its an evil, and highly condemnable. Honestly,we are about witnessing the 'northern spirit' in the west, but God forbid. 2 Likes |

On the 'partly' aspect, which you tagged leadership, hear this; No ethnic group in Nigeria,is suffering from dearth of leaders, but the present way Nigeria is being constituted, breeds corruption, because our leaders are not answerable to us,but to their paymaster in Aso Rock, and state government houses. Take for instance,in the era when Nigeria was practising true federalism,Awo was answerable to his peopld in the west, and so also M.I Okpara in the East, etc, these leaders are great, and corruption was at its bearest minimium, unlike now. Therefore, its not about leadership, but the system. You also made mention of Leadership in UK,and US. Are you aware that those countries practice true federalism,a psuedo autonomous states within the country?. Are aware that scot has their own parliament?. Please always analyse issues, before delving into them. 2 Likes 1 Share |

DoctorStephen:Arguing from one direction? Don't run away from your 'line' of arguement. This is what you said, and i qoute, "Do you know that the US,China, UK, are great nations today 'partly' to their good leaders and 'especially' their numbers." If you understand what 'partly' and 'especially' meant, you will understand why i took you from the 'especially' angel. The 'especially' angel,is the population angel, and that's why i concretely emphasized on it. 1 Like |

LasGidiOwner: This is the same Imo state university that is offering free education..lol! The likes of Okorosha should have no business being in government. Now he has rendered this state the state useless and stagnant with zero infrastructure and piled up debt. Where is abagworo?I can't help, but weep at that stupidity,of that mallam. Instead of upgrading the moribund state of infrastructures,at that 'glorified primary school',he went on showmanship ride. Let him use our allocation, and declear free in all states of the federation,we will ask him about it later. Mtchw! 2 Likes 1 Share |

Op,you are a stinking scunt. Are you trying to 'jail' the right of indigenous people in Nigeria,to self determination?. Are you aware that such right,is enshrined in UN charter, and Nigeria is signatory to it? You made mention of population, here is the population of some world powers, France- 66.03million Uk- 64.1million. Turkey,an European country as well, with a whooping population of 76.6million,can't stand either of France or UK. If population is all that matters,France and UK,and even Russia(143.4million),will be paying homage,to China,India, indonesia, pakistan and Bangladesh, with populations of 1.357b,1.257b,248.7m,183.9m and 154.5m respectively. In the Asian world,Japan has lower population,in comparism,to the above mentioned Asian countries, with a population of 127.3m,constituting just 2.97~3% of the population of the Asian world, but yet,Japan is a force to be reckoned with,in all spheres of life. If you must know, most ethnic groups in Nigeria, are bigger in population, than some western countries. People must be allowed,to decide who or what they wants to be! 3 Likes |

Somebody should call this woman to order, before she creates unnecessary enemies, for this fine technocrat of a Governor. Who is she,to 'anoint' a candidate, for the masses?. Ain't we in democracy any more?. BTW,Ex-Gov Obi,successfully killed 'godfatherism',in Anambra politics, and this saw him record great achievements in his tenure. Is Mrs Obiano trying to re-invent it?. Please,Anambra can't afford another 'Mrs Jonathan' in Anambra politics, who goes about making enemies for her husband unknownly, via their unconstitutional and ill-democratic dispositions. I av' never seen or read anywhere in Nigerian constitution, where the role of Gov's wives,is enshrined.it's more of ceremonial, and not autocratic. Sometime ago,i read how she was antagonizing and embarrassing Obi's wife, even right in the presence of Mrs Jonathan. Another time,i read where she is embarrassing Hon.Uche Ekwunife.Haba! Such acts, are irresponsible, irrelevant and uncalled for. I know in politics, their is no permanent enemy or friend, only permanent interest, but its way too early for any form of political enmity. Remember, this fine technocrat of a Governor, will seek for re-election,therefore,don't endanger it. Please, madam must be advised accordingly. God bless Anambra state. God bless the entirety of Igbo nation. |

I have been longing for this. Truth is that, its only Abia and Anambra, that can give Lagos a run for her money. The administrations in Anambra starting from Obi to Obiano, are actually getting it right, but more needs to be done. While in Abia,i was thinking Orji Uzor was either suffering from greed and hence, kept the state fund to himself or he is lucifer that took over the governance of Abia state,so as to imporvrish the people therein, untill i was able to understand that,T.A Orji,is the combination of the two, summarily tagged the "greedy luficer". 190 Likes 4 Shares |

Igboland is beginning to witness massive investments. And the most happiest part of it,is that,80%-90% of those investors, are sons and daughters of Igbo origin, and the investments are 'real' investments. Not the type being witnessed in other part of Nigeria, especially that part of Nigeria where Biscuits and sweet companies littered all over there, are being counted as investments, and yet,90% of those investments are being owned by outsiders.one wonders what our brothers from that part of the country, are doing, with their acclaimed 'sophistication'. 6 Likes |
