I receive a refund too with the message cancelled as requested. I obviously didn't request for any cancellation neither did I borrow money from from any bank or person. seriously I don't seem to understand.
the worst is that I went to Fidelity Bank and I was told that the minimum for TB is 1million naira and I was like hmmm.

1m isn't the minimum at First Bank. I know.

I wouldn't know if banks have the authority to put a cap on the amount for TBills.

Hello, A friend of mine with 2.1 applied for UI PG admission. The person passed all phases and was offered admission, even paid acceptance. Now, the person has not been able to do clearance cos the faculty is saying they don't accept 2 sittings (the person used 2 sittings). Whereas, there's nowhere it is stated in the PG admission requirement that 2-sitting is unacceptable. And even if it was, why was the person offered admission?

SOmeone should be please suggest a solution.

The person should lay complaint at the PG School, I think.
