In life and to every purpose under the Earth, God has apportion time and season for their occurrence. In same vein, COMRADE REUBEN IZEZE time has come. Comrade Izeze Reuben started his Consultation Journey with respect to his Vision to represent the People of Ughelli-South in the Delta State House of Assembly come 2015 early this year.

The Consultation Exercise began firstly with a high-power delegation from Oginibo Town to His Excellency, The Deputy Governor of DeltaState, Prof. Amos Agbe Otuama (SAN) who is particularly the Political Head of the Ughelli-South Political Elites, as well as the Urhobo Nation in general. It was after the delegation had secured the approval and fatherly Blessings and Prayers from His Excellency, the Deputy Governor of Delta State thus "May God's will be perfected on your desire and Vision to Represent the people of Ughelli-South as present by this delegation, and His Grace to see u through the thin and thick times as u continue the good work, His favour and blessings to ensure that you lack nothing throughout the period for the pursuit of this timely vision as the first representative of the Ughievwen people to the state house since the inception of Democracy in Delta State and in finality, it shall be well with you because you have started very well on a good note as a good son who knew what is right and have acted accordingly, so must be well with you IJN, amen" before he (Comrade Izeze Reuben) proceeded to the next place of call being Mrs Ofigho, popularly known as Madam 'Chichi' at Okwagbe the following day.

Madam Chichi is a political big-wit in Ughelli-South amongst her contemporaries and in Delta state at Large. She is the Ughievwen clan Women Leader. She is a strong mobilizer of persons. She represents the women's voice in Ughievwen and thereby command their respect via her transparent leadership of inclusiveness, fairness & even distribution of available materials when ever opportunity avail itself. This woman even command the respect of other women in other clans of Ughelli-South such as Ewu and Olomu in practical demonstration of her political prowess and wits via her strong political will-power of integration.

She had commended the courage of Comrade Izeze Reuben for stepping into the 'Political Waters' of the Ughelli-South and she had a strong feeling that Comrade Izeze Reuben is the "Ambassador for Change" that the masses (people of Ughelli-South) has been yearning for. The time has come for us to redefine the route to the Delta State House of Assembly, and as for Ughelli-South Representative, you Comrade Izeze Reuben shall have my support at all time for effective and virile representation akin to the good name u have built over time, she concluded.

To that effect, the journey has began smoothly and interestingly without a course for regret. We give God all the Glory for his hand upon his son, Comrade Izeze Reuben. He blossom every day like a tree planted by the stream of waters that bear its fruits in it season and never whither. The achievement of Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan (CON) as a Governor of Delta State has been so remarkable such that his works has put Delta State in the forefront as envy of other states. His Excellency would be leaving a very big size of shoe behind for whoever will succeed him as Governor. His Achievement in the Transport Sector(ranging from land, water and Air Transport in the State), Health, Agriculture, Education, Provision of Water(both for Urban and Rural areas), Poverty Alleviation (via Micr-Credit Scheme), prompt payment of Salaries in the State, Construction of Roads, and lot more are the strong legacy of the Governor to which he must finish strong.

The State Government has been bold and transparent enough to submit herself for forensic audit by UN Team some time this year. This is true democracy in practice in Delta State.
