You really no get shame wallahi. You finish from 5k prayer meeting fine enter 2k for a member who lost her husband after spending so much treating him for cancer. How low can you go? This is compulsory for all members cos if same fate happens to you the group will contribute for you too. My group is 10yrs already and we are known for helping each other through thick and thin. We don't abandon our own during dark times hence the bond and sisterhood. If 2k is too much for u to contribute for someone who lost her husband or the Tosin a Nairalander here who died after giving birth to twins, and the group took up the buying of milk and diapers for the babies for 1yr, if these are not a good deeds to u, why are u still in the group? Them tie u with chain there? U need help Dear. You truly need to heal. Always pray that what happened to these sisters not happen to u cos this 2k u see as a big deal even if 10m is given to you at the end t won't wipe away ur tears. May God help u heal[/qu

Omoh! Look at the way you are reasoning! Fingers are not equal

Why didn't you say all what transpired before she asked for the payment of 5k?
Is the 5k paid into her personal account or to the foundation account which will still be used to assist members who are not capable of undergoing IVF and IVF is their last resort.
The only compulsory money is condolences funds for member who lost their spouse or for a lost of a member.
The woman you thing you can spoil her name has been helping members in different ways and you think God go allow you spoil her.
@blendy77 God bless you for all you do for us.

no matter what transpired, no one should be forced to pay. no one should be threatened as she's doing in that group to do such. u don't know how people feed this days or is it not the present Nigeria we are. I know two people in that same group that only God knows how they feed. maybe they joined to get information when God eventually bless them to do ivf later in future. of what benefit will it be removing such people. Blendy doesn't understand life

Pls, has anyone tried IVF with Ayomide fertility centre in Osogbo. What is the experience like? what is about the success rate and cost like?
Your response will be appreciated.
I wanted to use ayomide last year but asked my sister to make enquiry about them for me cos she stays in Oshogbo. She told my they don't really have success like that. I eventually used Grabbo in Abuja this year after reading about their success rate here

sugah:

Start with not oiling her hair everyday. In my personal experience, my baby got dark in the 2 months her Grandma was bathing her and pouring oil on the fontanelle that was dripping down her face. Caused her rashes too. All I did was stop the oil when I took over and her color returned.
If you can afford it, Aveeno and Sebamed are very hypoallergenic good products that wouldn't irritate your babies skin.

Also, the 'hair thinning' might be cradle cap. That needs to be treated. Is her scalp dry and scally?
@sugah, please where can I get original aveeno in Lagos cos I heard fake is everywhere and can I start using it right from birth,I mean from day 1

its a dicey one, we were in same boat with twins, ivf hospital insisted on cerclage, google and a few other docs, said its not necessary as it was a first preggy, and no history of first trimester miscarriage...............i did more googling and decided not to go ahead with the cerclage. babies got to due date window without issue and refused to come out, na im doc asked out to select date grin grin grin grin.

nb: we were on vasoprin 80mg from bfp to 1 wk b4 edd grin, easy peasy preggy, no ms, no nothing[/quote

Wow! Thanks to all that responded to my question. I went to see another Dr yesterday and he suggested preventative cerclage before I even talk. May God lead me

Good morning to you all. Please I need your candid opinion on this issue, my ivf doctor said they do recomend preventive cerclage at 12weeks for their patients. I don't have any issue with my cervix at all ,so I'm just thinking if its even necessary. Did any of you do any preventive cerclage or your doctor recommend it after ivf even when you u have no issue with d cervix. Pls mamas , I need response.

Good morning all.pls i have something bothering me, though i am not supposed to ask this here. I am asking this question here because this is an ivf forum. My doctor is insisting on c-session for delivery on all ivf. Pls is it compulsory one must use c-session for ivf if there is no pregnancy complications?

I was told also. I think its cos of a lot of risk associated with labor that's why it was recommended and we've passed thru a lot to just risk anything about bringing forth this special babies. I think doctors believe CS is somehow safe than going thru the stress of labor.
