Guys, how best can I escalate ArikAir to authorities. I've been chasing since January this year to get a refund for a flight they cancelled without informing passengers. And yes, I applied for refund on time as well as provided all required support documents.
It is very common with ArikAir to delay or refuse refunds.

I share your sentiments and experience. I've maintained salary account with them for a decade and only requested loan (max of 300k or so) less than 4 times in the past ithroughout the customer journey of a decade. Last time i ever requested a lift was over 3 years ago (rarely need loans as I earn close to 8 digits annually). Am always having 7 digits up in my account. There is aboslutely no further benefit keeping such relationship with the bank when all the while they were using your deposited money for other businesses, and when you now need their shoulder, they give flimsy excuses. Even the government workers they are mentioning, how many of them keep savings?

Yesterday in Lekki, I saw upwards of 10 cars running a certain RED light at around Jakande area while I was waiting my light to turn GREEN.

What made this especially painful is that there was a squad of police right besides the traffic light. What were they doing? They were just sitting down and gisting on their pickup.
