Politics / Re: Deportation Of Igbos From Lagos: Senator Ngige Speaks by dozies: 4:26pm On Aug 02, 2013
Ngige and Fashola who do you want to decieve with your chicken brains. If FASHOLA was caring for these 14 people why not take them to their respective families. The Poor people and Beggers of Lagos state origin still sleeping under the bridges of Lagos have you arrested them all and probably deport them to their respective Local government in the spirit of fairness.
Ngige becareful because this time it will not be easy for you to sale your people over a plate of Amala and still joyfully come home. Think think!!!
Fashola should have used the money I pay as tax to him to rehabilitate my fellow Nigerians instead of deporting them.... Ooooh when the going is good you will sing my praise but when it goes bad you will deport me "then to your tent ooohh Isreal we are not citizens of one nation full stop". FASHOLA Deported financially unfortunate non Lagosians and allowed me to stay because I pay over a hundred and fifty thousand naira to his government as income tax every month and he is telling me that for any month I failed to be his cash cow he will deport me............ oooooohh what a shame.

Please let me ask what of the Lagosians that are poor, roaming the streets of Lagos constituting nuisance to me his cash cow where and when will he deport them in the spirit of fairness?

Where is the spirit of ONE NIGERIA in this despicable act? SSS I hope you are watching because this man is telling alot in this senseless act. He is a security threat to the nation called NIGERIA if citizens can be discriminated on the basis of how much you contribute to FASHOLA's purse and not by birth.

Mr FASHOLA you have just exposed your selfish, myopic interest in Nigeria. You are telling us that Lagos is only for the rich forgetting that a rich man today can be a poor man tomorrow. Even your grand children may be beggers in this same Lagos you are ruling today. Would you expect a FASHOLA TO DEPORT THEM TOO? Some of this people you deported were born in Lagos state and their parents contributed in building Lagos state by paying their tax regularly just as I am doing today but for the ups and downs of life which no one is exornarated, they became poor and you have the heart to deport them. Watchout it will soon be your turn.

Where are the human right activist Festus Keyamo, Wole Soyinka remember "the man died.............". There is absolutely no justification for this act if this country must remain one.

I had to reply because I am involved. Dear Sister out of the abundant of the heart the mind speaketh. If you r in a serious relationship with a guy as the whole senerio implies 'cause you cannot be accepting such level of care and sponsorship from a a guy for nothing" then it is morally wrong for you to engage in any form of intimate chat with another guy regardless of how bloodily related you are with the guy ofcourse that is a mere smoke screen. You cant even talk about sex freely with your blood brother. This guy you r chatting with if both of you happens to be alone in a safe place definitely you will shag each other. Your actions simply implies that you are available. You are not contended with the present relationship. I see married women engaging in such chats on facebook , tagged, etc in pretense that it is a mere harmless chat but when you play along with them and schedule an appointment in a safe place they surely turn up for what initially started as a mere chat now has developed into a shagging affair. Let us stop deceiving ourselves any Girl in a serious relationship that you find in any of these social network is out to experiment with other playmates knowingly or unknowingly, intentionally or unintentionally.
Guy it is your life oo if you want to continue for God's sake go ahead. Girl stop this act immediately if you love this your guy. What you dont know is dat we men know girls that are good as plaything and those that are for keeps. "Ask that your abroad guy if he can trade place with your home based guy and he will tell you God forbid". No man will take you serious because you are a potential heart breaker Period.

Sorry by the time you realiuze it, it will be too late. Life is a school do not bein a hurry to graduate okay! rather learn everyday and keep your mind open. with an open mind you dont hv to suspect every fly. if you r clean expect and accept everybody dealing with you as being until otherwise proved. what you give is what you get. my babe cannot shit on me if i dont shit on her and even if i catch her in the act, i will consider it a minor human error and move on with her unless if she does not want to move on with me. refrain from attaching too much importance to sex and you will not hv this hurtn feelings.
Politics / Re: Lagos Deports Anambra Refugees by dozies: 11:15am On Sep 26, 2012
This is a political blunder if Lagos is not a home for all Nigerians regardless of your state of origin then the selection criteria should be clearly defined. Nigerians are not free to live in Lagos unless you meet certain condition hmmm. This discrimination is a security risk to the stability of this country oooo. This man should be cautioned immediately. Otherwise the press should delibrate on the hidden agenda.
Politics / Re: Lagos Deports Anambra Refugees by dozies: 10:57am On Sep 26, 2012
This is blatant nonsense and we are talking of one Nigeria and to the Ibo's in particular no matter how highly placed this can happen to you if unabated. Remember the farm rat case. It is simply playing out here. Most of your investment is in Lagos state and its environs because you believe in one Nigeria. This Lagos state government action is a proof that there is no such thing as one Nigeria.
To Ndigbo in general, if you are not among those people deported today because you are privilege to stand on your feet, know it that it is a special gift to you the batten can change hands tomorrow if not in your generation it may happen soon after you. Learn from this treatment and adjust your stand today. Nigeria is not one and will never be one. So let us stop deceiving ourselves.

And for this reason an Hausa man will loot the treasury because he believes that the Nigerian state is temporal. Our togetherness as one nation is temporal. So grab as much as you can if you have the opportunity but you Ibos will expend you lives developing another man's land tomorrow your Children will be deported from thesame land you labored so much to develop........Ohhhhhh what a shame.

Please this is a good move from south east. I will encourage able Governor Rochas Okorocha to align with this move. Oguta lake and environs have in abundance soo much oil and gas for this project. The drive for economic self reliance is the way to go. The northern governors should also strive to comercialize agriculture. Make every Local government to provide land for farming at comercial scale.

This is not the time to blame Nigeria, first look inwards. Please start with yourself. If 10% of the people that encountered that little boy behaved like the OP. imagine the huge difference it would have made apparently that woman and her kids may have been begging for food and people perhaps were droping =N=10 naira in her hand without asking the basic question 'Can I really do more'. Please dont blame the government 'cause we all constitute this government we are talking about; Our parents , Our Uncles & Aunties, Our friends and our relatives one way or the other are occupying positions of authority how are we influencing them to do the right thing?
Family / Re: I Am Now Begging The Shock For The Death Of A Boy That I Do Not Know From Adam T by dozies: 4:20pm On Oct 06, 2011
I am touched, I am moved and I have also learned to look around me at every point in time there could be someone that needs a helping hand stretched out. Like some one said, believe it or not that boy is gone and at that age his destination is to be with GOD regardless of how we feel about it.
However, his life was a simple test to sooo many that came his way, some ignored him but a few responded positively like the OP. Imagine a scenerio where you gave your child a pack of peanuts, the child was eating and enjoying the peanut and just to test the child you stretched your hand to him and said give me a little out of your pack and he blatantly ignored you. How would you feel about the Child? Some people seek to see GOD and express gratitude to Him not knowing that in sooo many different ways GOD is appearing to us and asking my love please share with me the very thing He gave us 'LOVE'. You see most times some off us behaves like that your Child.
GOD the creator of that little boy is abundantly able to heal him but He allowed him to transit, He positioned him on the part of sooo many people who ignored him like the Child you gave peanut forgetting that the very life they are enjoying is an undeserved gift. Dont ever allow an opportunity to share pass you by because it may never come again and even if it does it is not thesame, nooooo not thesame. Your input can make a difference but without you the difference can still be made all thesame so make yourself count!!
Politics / Re: Okorocha Begins Delivery Of Free Kerosene In Imo State by dozies: 8:43am On Aug 09, 2011
Some people here talk and criticise before reasoning. Since when did it become a crime to respond to peoples need, the poor masses for that matter. Do you know that this kerosine is for the down troden. If you condem this idea of giving to the poor then you are of the lowest species of men. The poor cried to the peoples governor and he swiftly responded and you are here conderming him without offering a better solution. I mean what do you expect from him; could he have built a refinery in Imo state over night or order and impliment the repair of our existing refinery over nigth what short term solution could have been better than this. The level of dicotomy in this country is killing us, we can't and infact refused to see anything good from any man outside our tribe. Please ride on Governor Rochas. If the president had provided such succour to the poor when they cried to him NNPC and her cronies would have long sat up instead he is paying lip service to it. Do you really know the people that uses kerosine in Nigeria today swwmmmttt!!!.

Dear Governor the next step is to built a state owned refinery. Source of fund? Let every Imolite home and abroad above the age of 18 contribute N100 towards this project for every mont and I tell you in two years Imo state will own a refinery and the proceed from the company can be used to further finance free education to secondary schools and even buid other infrastructures such as Power. Kudooosss my Governor!!!. So far you are the best.
Education / Re: When Nigerian Degrees Were Worth The Name by dozies: 2:05pm On Dec 09, 2010
Yea wesley,  Nigerians are hardworking and resilient in so many aspect of life. If the present day Nigerian student is schooled in thesame environment and infrastructure with their western world and European peers , Nigerians will always take the lead.
The problem is that we dont believe in our selves.

A typical serious Nigerian student today( I am not talking of OOs) is by far better than thesame calibre of student trained 25yrs ago in thesame institution.  You knw why? . IT IS SIMPLE . THEY ARE SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF AN IMPROVED GENERATION. My fathers days are not thesame with my days and my days cannot be thesame with my Children's days. They will be better informed because they will definitely add to what I give them. Infact I introduced my kids to some sort of  a children fashioned computer laptop at the age of 5 some earlier than that and today they are all computer literate . Such facility was not available or easily affordable when I was dat age.
There is absolutely no subject in the school curricular that you cannot find in the internet today. Hence after the usual lecture/ school hours serious student seeks avenues to further acquire knowledge on the subject earlier taught. We are leaving in an era of highly improved information technology. Some serious engineering students before graduation the have even learnt Autocad. such was not available in our days.

Please stop belittling Nigerian students, the serious ones seeks to acquire same level of knowledge if not more compared to their foriegn colleagues.

Armed robery is a dispicable act and in all sence condemned but in a away they are better than corrupt politicians;
How you may ask? Politicians steals peoples lives, soul and spirit;

Think of how many lives are lost due to poorly equipped Nigerian General Hospitals- If only Iyabo Obasanjo had done her job well, If only she has not displayed what is in her character, by stealing public fund meant for healthsystem improvement. We all seems to have forgotten dat but watch out God is still on the throne and not obasanjo.

If only Nigeria is half way industrialized by provission of basic foundational infrastructure for industrialization which are; stable power supply, good road, funtional railways, Primary industries, etc. Our educated youths would have found gainful employment and the spade of poverty, Kidnappings and associated crimes would have been reduced.

If only the money voted for power sector revival was judiciously utilized by obasanjo and his families the situation today would have been different.

Think about social security, education, unemployment and what it will cost to fix these problems but it does'nt matter to a typical Nigerian politician yet lives are lost, souls are destroyed and human spirits broken day in day out in our street in the midst plenty. I mean this country is blessed with sources of wealth but very few corrupt people are in control of this wealth meant for all.

I pray GEJ will read/ learn and avert the nemesis that will befall all these body, soul and spirit destroyers.

''The burden of leadership is truely enomous and the only way to excel through it is by open mindedness and selfless service you will reap the reward only after you have served''. There are no two ways about it. Behold absolute power corrupts stair clear from it.

Go through history Nelson Mandela in Africa, Gandi india and the likes the benefit is after service.

This is very educative and I must commend your love and sincerity to our people. It is the plain truth and if I must add to it, the solution lies squarely on the shoulders of every true Ibo man. The government of Nigeria cannot help you rather they are fully aware of your potentials as such they are also afraid of the Ibos pulling out of Nigeria. If only you can apply your business drives in developing your home front, If only every Ibo man that owns a factory or manufacturing out fit should set up the head office or main manufacturing branch at home, If only the traders should build the main warehouse of their goods at home, if only every Ibo man outside the eastern region will accept the plain truth that he or she is a mere stranger wherever he resides outside the eastern region and strive to develop his root (the home front), I tell you there will be a great difference.

I will endeavor to circulate this article to every Ibo and your response to a committed transfer of your wealth back home will be the yard stick to measure the depth of your root and origin as an Ibo man.

Lagos, North and west is not our home and even South - south most often than not regard us as strangers despite our contribution in developing those areas. You may be suprise to find that in some of this areas the biggest private intiative their is owned by an Ibo man.

Even the big companies and multi-national, take away Ibo man's activities in their business and most of them will crumble.

It is time for us to think Home and infact go Home for the sake of our Children![flash=200,200][/flash]

We are bold and industrious, Honest and hard working. Let us apply these virtues in developing the Home front.

The Nigerian government via SSS, CIA and other economics reseach and development reports is aware that the day they will allow the Iboman to be on its own will mark the end of Nigeria so we should not expect a concious effort to develop the south east from the federal Government. They started with federal character in education far back mid seventies to make sure that an average Iboman does not have access to tetiary education yet we strived against all odds to survive and that explains why most of our people are traders today ,

Family / Re: My Husband Has Just Had A Baby With Another Woman - I Am Hurting by dozies: 4:55pm On Sep 23, 2010
yet another experience,

I'm a middle-aged woman who's always been considered attractive & sexy, and I have a very romantic nature, but I've never married. Why? A former partner told me when I was about 30 that I'd probably never marry because I "knew too much about men". I think he was right!

Men & women are quite different in some ways, so ladies - please don't assume that, just because a man wants to marry you, his brain is wired the same way as yours when it comes to love, relationships & commitment. Especially these days when things are very open & liberal, and we have websites such as this where we can learn from the experiences of others, I would suggest that any woman contemplating marriage should do her homework first.

An expert was giving a radio talk on relationships a couple of years ago, and he pointed out that men's biology has not evolved to keep up with modern society - so basically men are still stuck in cavemen times when it comes to sex & relationships!

Back in the Neolithic Age, with the very low population density, lack of good medical care & high mortality rates, to keep the human race going it was necessary for men to be constantly seeking out young, healthy, fertile females to mate with, the aim being to spread their genes around as much as possible. A female who had already given birth was less desirable as she'd already fulfilled her biological purpose. Once he'd impregnated some particular female, the man would usually disappear off into the sunset to find another one.

In today's world, it's overpopulation and its attendant dangers which poses the real threat, and (partly through the influence of religion, which is intent on controlling people's sexuality) modern society is based on the concept of the nuclear family, with "faithful" spouses. This leaves men and their true nature at odds with the moral code and social conventions of today's society.

The radio expert pointed out that, if only men could see that they are just being driven by their own ancient biology and resist those temptations to spread their seed around, the world of relationships would be a happier one.

Women may wonder why so many men seemingly wish to commit & settle down with one woman. Well, they want a safe base to operate from - someone who'll always be there for them emotionally, offering sex whenever they feel like it, plus of course a cook, housekeeper & childminder thrown in. However, unfortunately this doesn't mean, with many of them, that they are genuinely willing to give up on sleeping around. This is why not all but many of them are willing to basically lie/cheat to get what they want.

To those who ask why men don't just leave their partners if they are unhappy or planning to cheat, the answer is that the vast majority of men don't leave a relationship before having something else lined up first - they appear to be very needy in that regard and don't like to be without a woman in their life for very long.

A friend probably had the right idea when she found out her husband was cheating. Resisting the urge to scream & rant & play on his feelings of guilt, she remained icy-calm and announced that, as far as she was concerned, that gave her carte blanche to begin an affair of her own next time an attractive, interesting man happened along. Her strategy worked & her husband was so scared he was going to lose her to some other man that he immediately stopped the affair! They are now divorced though.

I would suggest never putting all your emotional eggs in one basket, or allowing your self-esteem to be based around the idea of one man choosing you above all others and remaining faithful to you forever, because statistically that's unlikely to be the case.

You see what I mean,  So many angles to life and the problems that comes with relationship.

My frantic stake in this issue is;  'It is your choice to go on pills to bring ur BP down or seek a relief valve in anycase it is ur price to pay'  . Make urself happy I am sure you can if u want to!!!.[/b]

Hi all,
Life , Life, Life, oooohhhh Life the more you know, the little it appears you really know about life

So learning point,
Dont ever assume or take extreme position on issues. Sometimes the reason why we(human beings) cheat we cannot really pin point 'cause one mans meat will always be another mans poison.

Read the following confession,  perhaps you will get my drift better.

I am a woman in the tenth year of her relationship. I love my partner and would be devastated if we broke up but I have cheated on him from day one with numerous partners a couple of these partners are long term - 5yrs and 12yrs. I am insecure and crave the attention of someone finding me attractive, someone wanting me, someone saying they love me even if it might not be genuine it makes me more confident and I feel better about myself. I know it seems shallow but I often feel depressed about myself. My partner doesn't make me feel wanted as these men do and they have time for me whereas my relationship has become so monotonous I work non stop and come home to him nagging. I want to stop and have tried but I cant. I practice safe sex and my conquests are all in steady relationship where sex is an issue. We even go as far as helping each other out with relationship advice and I think most of us would be single if it was not for these affairs. Sometimes I wonder what is wrong with me and I think I now will never change.

Whether it is tribalism or not, dichotomy or not hatred, God lifted generation will remain lifted forever. ABA, for a long time have their own custom made trucks that can carry goods into the nooks and cranny of their markets because the access road inside the market are too difficult for other vehicles to maneuver. All these people are asking for is enabling infrastructure to explore their creative minds. They need power at affordable price, they need an industrial site for such cotage industry, the market is their already. ABA made shoes are already in export markets for years. Please Governors of Eastern and Commissioners of Commerce, re-establish the Eastern Nigeria small scale industrial sites in all the Urban cities or town within the region that will create massive employment and speedy technological/industrial growth recall most big industries started small and grow to become big. And on a long run the government can generate revenue/funds from these establishments. What are you people doing; for how long will you keep on paying lip services to industrial development; NIDB this ADB that we know that these are merely drain pipes through which you siphon curses to yourselves and family members, It is unfortunate that he who taught himself wise via cheating/stealing will be found foolish at the end of the day!!!!!!! .

I can actually provide a body ( I mean an enclosed body) with doors and windows with glasses for this tricycle and subsequently upgrade it to a four wheel Bus or Car. This is the time for the Government of ABA to provide the required Platform to launch an ABA made Car. The First Mercedes Benz Car ever invented was not this good at first at least I saw it in discovery channel some days ago. Governor of Abia state develop a cottage industry site for your people as an avenue to generate massive employment for the creative minds of Ibo people. We can compete with the Chinesse and Koreans only if you can give us a little encouragemnt.
Remember necessity is the mother of invention thesame Okada was banned in Rivers state what happened the boys went into Kidnapping and Oil Bunkering but in Aba they fought back with innovations, Kudos!!!!!
If our government can ban the importation of tricycle into Nigeria or at least raise the tariff then we can look inwards and develop /appreciate indigenous technology,
Best regards to every positive thinker.
