Good morning dear Amiable Vo. Hope you're keeping well sir? Sir,I went to the SSN office yesterday so I can get my social security number which is a prerequisite to get a learner's permit. A very courteous lady said my name hasn't been updated on their system. She said something about an I 59 which usually takes about 10 days to be in their system... Sir, should I be worried or alarmed about this? Is this a norm sir?I would really love to get on my social security number asap to be able to drive and get a Job sir. Thanks for your anticipated response sir....God bless

Good afternoon sir... I want to thank you specially for your contributions to this forum. It was very instrumental. Glory be to God,on Thursday 18,August, my cr1 visa was approved. I simply answered all asked questions truthfully as you had adviced on this forum. On Friday,19,August, the CEAC status shows "ISSUED - visa has been printed".
Dear Vo,I'd like to know if the passport with visa will be ready for pickup this week or is it MANDATORY that it's going to be picked up in 10 business days.? Thanks

Thanks for your response officer. May I know how she can prove that she was never married at the time of the NIv interview.? What type of documents does she have to present to prove that she was never married at that time? What are the acceptable documents? Thanks

Hello officer. I am an American man married to a Nigerian woman.she had applied for a tourist visa in the past but she was denied.on that application she lied that she was married but she was single. That was two years ago. Now I want to file the I130 so she can come here to be with me. Please will the lie destroy her coming here? Or do I sell my home and relocate to Nigeria instead? I don't want to waste my time on filling if she will be denied because of previous lie on visa
Thanks. Worried American

Dear Amiable Vo,how are you doing and how is your family, hope all is well? A friend of mine needed assistance so I decided to get answers from the horse's mouth by asking you. He was invited to the US by a woman last year after they met on Facebook, so he applied for a tourist visa. He LIED on the b1/b2 visa that he was married with a son, regardless, he was denied that visa. The lady visited him afterwards and filled for him and they have been truthful on the I130 and ds260 forms. His interview comes up soon and he seeks to know if...
(1) The issue of the last denied tourist visa would come up?
(2)Since this current petition is a marriage-based immigration, does the previous lie about being married constitute fraud or material misrepresentation?
(3)He intends to be completely honest during his interview, will this help in any way?
(4)Would he need a waiver? And
(5)would the waiver be on the past lie on the tourist visa or would it be a waiver where his us spouse would suffer extreme hardship if not admitted? I mean,if he does need a waiver, what category of waiver would it be? Thanks my Amiable vo
