1. This is not fixed, it depends on your training program
2. Nothing is set in stone, just try your best and be confident. Making the final interview usually means a candidate is good enough, just a little push is remaining to get over the line.

All management trainees begin their training in Lagos. At some point during the training, you may be sent to other locations temporarily.

The pay for every set of MTs varies slightly, so I can't say for sure what will be for the new set. Based on recent experience though, take home should be between 120k to 150k.

First of all, congratulations to the successful candidates. To the unsuccessful; persevere and keep trying.

Now to the matter at hand. I was one of the lucky candidates selected for the OSS MSc. However, I don't have any admission at the moment. I'm just actually about to start the application process. From my research, although a few schools take Spring entry (January), most top schools in the USA only take Fall entry (September). As it stands, it seems like the earliest I can resume is January 2018.
I'd appreciate your responses to the following questions.

1. Does the scholarship offer cover entry in 2018/19 academic year?
2. Do you know any top schools which accept Spring entry (January)?

FYI: My area of concentration is Electrical Engineering (focus on control systems/robotics).
