If he’s selling below market price, I would be very, very sceptical about the quality of those blocks; that’s assuming this “block production line “ actually exists and belongs to him. After all, anyone can build a Nexthome signboard and place it anywhere they like and take photos to lay claim. All na packaging and that is the first rule of yahoo yahoo. The post that you quoted was made six years ago, i made clarifications later in the thread, roof type is old school zinc or longspan aluminum, kitchen cabinet would be plain wooden tables and wall counters while Windows would be plain old school glass louvres. tiles would be pvc wood like tiles on cement screeded floors.
