Then you are good to go

The capacity has degenerated alarmingly. It can barely charge my 5000mah battery upto 3 times now. And the power bank is still less than 2 months old. I only use it twice a week that is during weekends sat and sun when i am at home. Today that there is public holiday i couldn't get a full third charge from it. i charge once per day. But it died around 50% this morning.

My phone battery is 2500mah so that can’t be compared with 5000mah

Thanks. I think the powerbank has started to impress me. I have charged my phone twice now from almost 0% to 100% and I still have 3 bars left.

Everyone cannot stop giving birth, so the population will eventually increase to dangerous and catastrophic levels. But even with the drugs, there is still no guarantee that you will live for 1000 years because apart from natural death, nature still has multiple ways to snuff out the life in you. Natural disasters and many unforseen circumstances are there.

We give birth because we will eventually die. To save humans and other living things from going extinct, reproduction is necessary.
Also to check the number of living things which the earth resources can take care of, death is necessary otherwise overpopulation will occur and the resources on earth won't be able to sustain us anymore.

After struggling all my life to make it, Death just comes and snatch me away. Some things don't just make sense.

Then your stupid kids would inherit and squander everything in just 2 generation.

I want to live at least 300 years, I want them to prolong it a bit. Everybody is afraid of death, even your pastor, if there was no death, probably religion would not exist.

I believe death is just like any illness, if we can find a way to prolong the longevity geñes, or transfer our consciousness to a machine, it would be cool.

And don't you think there would be over population? Death is a natural cycle in nature just like other natural phenomenon to keep the earth in a balanced state.

Let’s see

I finally tested it this afternoon, I got a full charge from 2% to 100% with one bar lost. Although the bar dropped when my battery was at 75% but it maintained the remaining 3 bars until my phone hit 100%. My phone has a 5000mah battery.

Like how many times does it charge your phone and what's your phone's battery capacity?

Charge it first and if the condition is still the same, then it’s a faulty powerbank

Thanks bro. I charged it and it was full in 6hrs 30mins. I believe it is another red flag because from what I have heard, this powerbank takes between 10 to 12hrs for a full charge. I used a 2A Samsung charger so theoretically it should take about 10hrs.

I am waiting for my phone battery to go down so that I can plug it to the powerbank and carry out the discharge test. But even without testing it I already know the outcome. Let me start preparing to return it.

I met 3bars on it so I decided to test it by using it to charge my phone but it all came down to 1 bar under just 20mins. Could it be because I did not charge it before first use? Or is the battery bad?
We don't have light here so I'm still waiting for NEPA to give it the first charge.

Please I need your assistance. I recently got the itel star 200 powerbank due to multiple recommendations but don't know how to put it ON/OFF. Pressing the power button only indicates the battery status temporarily and it goes OFF. Holding it for seconds turns ON the torch light.

Anytime I plug in my phone it starts charging it automatically and the battery LEDS will come ON and remain ON.

is this normal? Or it is a fault? Guys using this powerbank should help us throw more light on this issue.

Is when you really get to know yourself and what you really want. I really hope they have a strong healthy guidance because the person you are at 20 is not who you will be at 30. You evolved. Many people married in their 20s and by the time they hit their 30s they realised they are fu…ck this is not what they envisioned.

If they are willing to put in the work they can make it work. I wish them
Well.

Leave long story. What matters most is are both of them adults? and are they financially capable? especially the man to take care of the wife and other miscellaneous.

People evolve and change over time and not limited to between 20 and 30 yrs alone, it is continuous. So if you like marry at 40 or 50 you will still change over the years. Infact most of the marriages that are crashing today are those who married between 30 to 40. So what are you talking about?

Leave what all these guys are saying about prices changing, they obviously don't buy from AliExpress .

The price doesn't change. The only thing you should be worried about

1. If the phone is real. Sometimes they ship fake and products different from what you are seeing. Then you will start battling AliExpress on how to get your money back. Though most times they give you full refund

2. If the phone's network will work in Nigeria.

3. The shipping cost and how long it will take for the phone to get to you.

4. Customs problems.

Bro, can you help me inspect this item (screenshot attached). The price in most Naija stores is roughly 120K. But you can see how low it is on the site. I am highly tempted to go for it.

I was also going through the website when I saw the phones and their specs, I was wowed, I was actually planning for a phone between 100-120k but now that I found this, I started thinking, will the price change before checking out.

So I put a call to someone that normally get musical equipment through aliexpress platform and he informed me that the price i see is the exact price I'm gonna pay, that they don't add additional charges.
He showed me a lot of things he bought from them.
He only said when the goods arrived, if you choose post office, they will charge like 100-500 naira only but if you choose other courier it is free.

So let me send the pictures of the phones I want to order. I also need people who have correct Intel about these phones to advise me if those specification are accurate cos the price is very cheap.

Also, will the phone work in Nigeria?
Thanks in anticipation.

The pictures you attached is NOT a Samsung phone. I believe you are looking for Samsung but that is not a Samsung device. That name is just a generic name.

If you want to pay it will revert to usd, when you use your bank atm they will charge you at 750 per dollar, do the math then, that's the actual cost.

See the picture I attached. I took the screenshot when I placed an order. You can see the cost in USD as 112 and also the naira equivalent.

I also used Google to convert and it gave me that exact value. I believe Google should be upto date with the current exchange rate. 460 is what Google is still using. See screenshots below.

If I use 750 that is still about 84K. And we all know redmi 8 Pro costs way more than that

You are getting old CBN exchange rate, not even now, so if you want to order, you will be charged current black market rate, it might double the price shown there, even triple sometimes,

They don't update there system

I made an attempt to pay and the price did not change.

The prices are being converted at the official CBN dollar rate, so when you use the black market rate you'll get the real price, that's how AliExpress work's.

I don't understand. You mean if I want to buy the S9 for example, they will debit more than 60K? Mind you I checked some recently released phones and the prices were normal like what you will get on jumia and other physical stores in Nigeria.

I saw the price tags on these phones on AliExpress and I was shocked. These are phones you can not get below N100,000 in Nigeria. So I started wondering maybe they were fake or refurbished.

I went through the customer reviews and it was very OK. Some of them even displayed the carton and everything inside it as brand new.

Guys what do you think? Those of you that have bought stuffs from AliExpress before should throw more light on this.

See pictures below; They are very many, I just decided to pick this ones.

Mehn see when naira was still value.

I remember the only infinix phone I bought... The first infinix Hot note 16gig+2gig support fast charging. But the bad, thing is that charging port always get bad.🙄

I have used two different infinix phones before and I never had issue with their charging ports. I used both of them for about 3 years each before giving them out.

The second one was hot 5. I bought it in 2017, gave it out in 2020. Uptil now the person I gave it to is still rocking it. That's going to 6 years now, although the person I gave it to has changed the battery which is a very normal thing.

The only problem I noticed with both phones was their power button. It doesn't last upto 1 year before misbehaving. Infact at some point, I had to set the phone to scheduled power ON/OFF and use double tap to wake it up whenever I need it.

Both teams showed too much respect for each other, probably because of the relationship between their coaches. City on a normal day won't relax and knock the ball around with just one goal up. You could see the reluctance of the city players to attack. I guess they don't want to embarrass Arsenal. But why will Arteta replace Parte with Sambi? Who does that? He obviously doesn't need the game. I think he can concentrate on the Premier league now.

Which means you don't understand what lecturers do.

Secondary school teachers teach, handle classes and perform administrative tasks for their classes.

Lecturers teach, perform administrative duties, carry out community service, attend mandatory seminars and conferences, publishes books compulsorily (many times from their own purse), supervise students at various levels, go to other universities to act as external examiners and so on.

Lecturers don't live easy lives either in Nigeria or abroad. If you live close to one of them, you wouldn't want to envy anyone among them.

This is an interesting revelation. Can you throw more light on their community service?
Education / A Lecturer In The University Or A Teacher In A Sec Sch, Which Is More Difficult? by Drdreyy: 5:33pm On Nov 15, 2022
From the workload point of view, most secondary school teachers work more especially those in private schools so I think being a lecturer is easier when viewed from that angle. But in terms of technicality and brain processing power, I think you will expend more of that as a Lecturer.

What do you think? Let me have your contributions
