…Integrates it to Train 7 project
NLNG Bonny

NLNG plant, Bonny Island

Kunle, Kalejaye 12 April 2016, Sweetcrude, Lagos – The Nigeria LNG Limited, NLNG, has announced plans to introduce an additional train to its six existing trains at its operational base on Bonny Island, Rivers State.

The new train, added to the existing six and a seventh train that had been on the drawing board for over 10 years, brings the total number of trains at the NLNG plant to 8.

Announcing this in Lagos, the company said the new Train 8 would be integrated to the Train 7 project and would be developed together with it.

Managing Director of the NLNG, Mr. Bab Omotowa, who disclosed this when he officially presented the 2016 Facts and Figures of the company to newsmen, said: “Are we doing Train 7 & 8 together? The answer is true. Previously we were looking at Train 7 as a mega project, which is similar to what the Qataris has built which is a 8.7 million tons per annum Train.

“The current set of Trains which we have is between 3.8 to 4.3. But this new one would have been 8.7 but after much review, we said that it is much better to replicate what we have rather than complicate our problem.

“So, we are building a replica of Train 6. So when we do that (4.3, 4.3 capacity each) we have 8.6 which is the same 8.7. It will be easier to maintain and it is the same technology. So, we are working the two Trains (7 & cool together,” Mr. Omotowa said.

Commenting on when the Final Investment Decision, FID, on Trains 7 & 8, would be concluded, Mr. Omotowa said it will be done during the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The NLNG boss noted that embarking on Train 7 & 8 projects now would be much cheaper because of low oil price, adding that $300 million has already been spent n site preparation for the project.

It is possible in exactly 12mins as stated, very very possible

airsaylongcon:

For the group work, it is crucial to have some kind of team structure and leadership o! At my only AC experience, we just kept rambling and rambling without heading in any direction. Disaster. Group work exercise is not really about the loquacious. I believe it is about making meaningful contributions, accepting superior ideas while tactfully turning down weak ones. And open your mouth and talk!!! I was forming posh intellectual boy...the outcome nobi here

Example group activity:
There are 4 people Audu,Amaka,Adeyinka and Adesuwa who HAVE TO cross a crocodile infested river at night using a bridge. They have a torch that is absolutely required to see. Audu can cross the bridge alone in a minute while Amaka requires two minutes. Adeyinka requires 5 minutes while Adesuwa needs 7 whole minutes to perform the same feat. The bridge can accommodate a maximum of 2 people simultaneously. If two people are crossing, they can only move at the speed of the slowest person.

Devise a means whereby ALL parties cross the bridge in under 12minutes

(We had to vocalize our ideas with other group members and we DID NOT solve it even though the assessors insisted there was a solution)

Edit:
You require the torch to cross the bridge and the torch CANNOT be tossed back across the bridge
