All these masquerade and traditions never cease to amaze me. When I was serving in a rural community in Enugu State, two of them wanted to try this flogging nonsense with the female corpers walking with me. Behold, they were Students in the school I served. When I mentioned their names, they were surprised (another student has already given me info about the boys who wear that particular masquerade costume). I told them that if they tried raising that cane on any of the female corpers, I will flog hell out of them the next day and still punish them. Immediately they ran away. Till I passed out, none of this incident ever occurred again |

OP, don't waste time, post another girl's pic and walk out of that relationship because you are experiencing heart break already. Life is too short to be miserable because of one woman who doesn't love you when there are good ones out there. Stay strong brother. |

Lagos- the city of hustlers. Kudos to the researchers, their analysis is very accurate. My work is not stressful, but traffic congestion to and fro in Lagos made it look burdensome. |

SOL is a legit outsourcing firm. I got a job (marketer) through them to Sterling Bank, but later rejected the offer due to the stringent conditions. OP, if you're not ready for a marketing job in that Bank, don't bother. But you are free to make your decision. All the best. |

Useless government... Country is getting worser every day and no strategic plans to put things in place. Nepotism, incompetence, bribery & corruption, insecurity, inflation, kidnapping, unemployment, and others is the order of the day. God help us. |

As long as i don't involve myself in cyberfraud (Yahoo Yahoo), I don't give a damn about what EFCC say. Forex trading and investment in crypto currency is a good and profitable business for me. The major key points is to learn it yourself or have a good mentor to put you through, minimize your risk (don't be greedy), avoid Ponzi schemes/someone trading for you and have a positive mindset. 1 Like |

Mrs El Rufai, go and test those kidnappers/bandits. Your husband must pay 1 billion ransom by fire by force. |

Our so called "leaders and service chiefs" should be ashamed of themselves. |

My brother, redeploy ASAP. With the state of insecurity there at the moment, it will be unwise to stay there with your business mindset. Don't joke with your life o. Life nor get duplicate |

A female boss can hold grudges and keep malice with her staff till they either resign or get fired. But a male boss is very straight forward. He might get angry and reprimand you, and the next day he will laugh with you as if nothing happened. That's when you are willing to heed to corrections. 7 Likes |

Male Boss o. No doubt about it. |

Enugu and water scarcity are 5 & 6. Maybe it's because of the geographical features like hills, high terrains and mountains. Right from NYSC orientation camp at Awgu which we always queue to get water to my PPA @ Isu-Awaa still in Awgu LGA, i experienced water scarcity. I remembered how I and my fellow Corp members used to trap rain water in tanks or send our students to get water for us from a far away stream. Aside the water scarcity, I enjoyed my service there. |

As an elder brother, talk to him. That shows how concerned you are about his welfare. You guys should discuss well about this issue and the warning flags. If he insists on the relationship to continue, let him be. They say experience is the best teacher. He will definitely learn from his mistakes. 1 Like |

Akwa Ibom is neat, the food delicious and the state is peaceful. But most of the infrastructures portrayed here need proper maintenance and upgrading. It's a developing state no doubt, but one thing is lacking, no enough industries therefore job opportunities are low. I spent 5 years studying at University of Uyo and I really enjoyed my time there. I had to leave immediately after graduation cos na flexing state, nor be where u fit see job opportunities. Even the Enugu state I did NYSC, same story. 2 Likes |

Uyo is beautiful. The state government should work more on the development of Ikpa & Itu road axis closer to my former Alma mater. Also the abandoned Science Park should be rejuvenated. 4 Likes |

Keep promising till 2023. All these promises without fulfilment don start since 2015. Baseless government. |
