You just had to leave? God needs to teach you more on the dangers of anger and indiscipline.

Imagine just that incident made you boycott the meeting you should have had with 'your father', the good God.

Naked Truth.

OldBeer:
Some mörons will never be able to comprehend what the American people are doing.

They will see this as a time waste but if you check the history of America, you will know that the country got to where it is today because of its marches.

Women got the right to vote, Blacks got the right to be treated equally, and the use of nuclear weapons were stopped because of marches like this.

Americans are not like some daft people in one backwards continent who will prefer to sit in their house and call on God to fight their poverty-stricken battles.

It is because of sacrifices like this, that is why it is possible for people like you to go over there with your backwards mentality and enjoy the same rights they do.

Most of you will kill yourself to enter there. Yet you will come online to talk rubbish about people who want a better society for themselves.

They know it is not possible for trump to leave, but with this march, they are telling their leaders that you may be in power but the people still have the power over you.

But I doubt the average Nigerian will understand, we are too busy begging baba God to pick up our call.

Feeling bad all the time is unsanitary. It affects not just your health, but also relationship with others.

Though due to daily circumstances of life, we all tend to be predisposed to gamut of emotions, which is unavoidable. But the good news is that you can wangle your way into what ever kind of mood you want no matter the situation of things.

Below are a variety of things to do whenever you are in a really bad mood, and you want out immediately.

1. Play Your Favourite Song:

That moment when you feel so exasperated or angry for no tangible reason, simply latch on to your smartphone or ipod and listen to your favourite jam. This would naturally help relax your nerves and you'll even, after some while, see yourself singing and nodding to the music.

2. Dial A Loved One:

Of course if he/she is not the architect of your 'emotional troubles', calling a close acquaintance when depressed, would go a long way in improving your mood. You may not need to divulge your problems to him; just an exciting conversation with them and notice how your temperament modulates into complete refinement.

3. Grab A Meal:

Food does great wonders to our brain. You don't have to be a foodie to experience the amazing transformation which a balanced diet meal would do to the nerves and body.
Ordinarily, an alcoholic would grab a bottle of booze whenever he's exasperated. Likewise all drug addicts, but these palliative messures will only lead you into deeper problems.
Whenever you find yourself in a bad mood and you want a quick way out, It's advisable you do it the healthy way. Have a good meal with lots of nutrients.

4. Take A Walk Outside:

This can also be termed 'exercising'. The crucial objective here is that you leave your immediate environment for the meantime.

Leaving your comfort zone for a walk or excercise will help build your brain nerves and resuscitate your will for happiness.

5. Write Down The Highlights Of Your Day:

Doing this will quickly get you out of a bad mood in no time.

It is good to reflect on the highpoints of the day, and make a scribble of them on your notepad. Might be about when you were caught staring at the delicate figure of that elegant lady you met at the super market,
or the scintilating mind-blowing romance you had with your hubby earlier. Anything to keep your mind away from negativity, scribbling things down.

6.Take Charge Of Your Emotions:

Sometimes, the best way to crack bad moods is to assume control over them. You may be in a really devastating situation, or maybe a close chum took ill. Call the hospital immediately instead of sitting back and doing nothing. Take out time to research on the possible cure to the ailment. --Just become incharge of every situation and constantly remind yourself that happiness of mind is non negotiable.

Other quick measures to snap yourself out of a bad mood may include; Playing video games, surfing through your socail media accounts, Reading an interesting book, etc.

I have heared people ask this particular question couple of times. I believe this thought might have crossed your mind ever since Nigeria's economy started retrograding. Below Are The Reasons Why Nigeria Cant Print and Circulate Naira Notes

Well, while it might seem a very easy thing to do, there is a huge repercussion that follows should Nigeria or any country in general, decides to overwhelmingly print money for the sake of its economic woes.

First of all, a country can print any amount of money they want. The main reason why countries wouldn't print huge money is 'Inflation'.

1. Lets take an African country as the guinea pig here -- Zimbabwe was called Rhodesia and It was the richest nation in Africa until 1980, when Robert Mugabe was elected as the Prime Minister of the country.

Zimbabwe's GDP was 10% and 20% in 1980 but it practically plummeted to just 2.6% from 1982-1989 when Mugabe decided to print a whole lot of currency notes thinking that would solve their problems.

That single act was what contributed the crash in economic growth of Zimbabwe. Their reduction in GDP was disastrous!

2. Germany did thesame thing during the world war II. They were having a huge debt as at that time and Its government thought of printing more money in order to offset Its debts; this created a serious crisis and left them with no option but to burn all the notes.

Now what does inflation
mean?

Inflation is simply a rise in the cost of goods and services. This means, If nigeria ever decides to print huge amount of naira notes to circulate to Nigerians, the aftermath effect would be worst off than the situation we currently are facing. What will happen is;

3. Everybody will have emough cash to spend; The man in Anambra who was growing crops to make money will stop doing it because he now has money. The Danfo driver in Lagos who was conveying people to their various work places will stop because he has enough money now. Likewise the tomato seller in Kano and so on.
Nobody will see the need in waking up at 4am every morning to face all that traffic in Nigerian roads when going to work. We will all stop work and this would be very disastrous to the country's economy.

4. The people who had been saving up until now would be made to look like they've just wasted their time. Because when money had circulated the country, prices of goods will become high and the value of those saved notes wouldn't be of any importance any longer.

I hope this has cleared the air now?

Saraki should walk the talk. He's in a better position to reduce the cost governance in nigeria by putting certain laws into place. That's the only way we would ever get out of this mess without it re
surfacing.

Again, show us you are not above the masses by slashing your salaries, cutting down cost of governance, etc. If you cant consider this then never you make a mockery of our condition by this statement of yours.
