White patches in the tongue is usually caused by a fungal infection. Its called oral thrush. Stop swallowing antibiotics and visit a hospital to be examined, appropraite tests done and treatment given.

Youre having a form of erectile dysfunction. For a guy your age, apart from anxiety, an STI that is there or wasnt properly treated, or that you didnt even know you had is majorly the cause. Increased blood sugar can also caus this. Visit a hospital so tests can be run, and a medication to help you in the time being can be given.

I have been Having pain in my scrotum lately though, at first I don't take it too serous because I thought it was attached to the pain that usually occurs after hot romance but without sex but it's quite obvious to me now that it is another thing entirely.

It always come in the form of pain in one side of my epididymis the pain at times can last for hours and aftee few days I will start felling the pain on the other side I.E it always attack the epidydimis interchangeably. When ever the pain comes I do feel that the very particular side of the epidydimis do contrast thereby pulling up one of my testes.

My scrotum sac is always normal until when the pain set in ,once the affected epidydimis pulls up the testes it automatically contract one side of the scrotum too.

It's getting out of hand please what is the way out.

What you may be having is Epidydimorchitus or even a varicocele causing the regular pain. Sometimes results from past std not properly treated. I advice you go to a hospital where a scrotal scan would be done and a doc would examine your testis. Dont delay though.

The thrush is a fungal infection. It can result from inadequate oral hygeine or when your immunity is low. Keep using what your doctor prescribed but if no improvement, return to the hospital so that tests can be carried out to make sure nothing is dropping your immune system.

Been having a nasty headache for weeks now, I tried to rest and was relieved for few days then it started four days ago. I normally find it very difficult to fall and stay asleep, I couldn't sleep at all since four days ago as I woke up in the middle of the night with severe dizziness and a sensation as if my room was spinning, I nearly lost my balance when I stood up but it stopped after few minutes.

This has been happening every single night, but my head is still spinning since this afternoon when I woke after taking a nap.

What youre having is a form of migraine headaches with vertigo. Dont worry, it isnt serious and can be treated. Visit the hospital as you have said.

You still have a lot of time to look older since youve not finished growing. You can help yourself by working out more lifting weights and eating more often.
But believe you me, what youre thinking is a curse is actually a blessing gotten by so few. Enjoy your young look, and be happy. From your character, people would know youre not as young as you look. MP came out negative, Widal we saw some stuff like 1/20 and the attached is the FBC result. The symptoms are still there and after showing the Doctor the results, he started treatment for Enteric Fever.

Hello. What happened is simply conincidental as sexual intercourse does not cause acne on the face of your partners. What causes it is bacteria on the face or excess oil from the oil glands in the face.

Solution is for her to wash her face three times daily, keep it clean and dry and also some medications.

Hello Doctor, pls I have been having chest pain, difficult breathing that makes creepy sound and sleepless nights since last year. I had visited about three hospitals after series of medical tests they will give me Erythromycin tab, ventolin tab, prednisolone tab, malaria drug, and expectorant. It will just relief me for like 2days while I continue to manage it again.

The last hospital I went to last month when the breathing and chest tightness was serious gave me intravenous injection after I did test they gave me Fleming, ventolin, prednisolone and some other drugs with malaria injection which I took for 3days mind you it's different hospitals.

Sometimes I find it difficult to digest food on time after eating which make me to start feeling heartburn and breathing problem and I do have Ulcer too once in a while but I had felt it over a year ago.

Though i had the breathing problem like this before around year 2001-- 2004 then I did chest xray they did not see anything wrong with my chest but it later stopped by itself only to resurface in 2016.
Doctor pls help me because as I type now I'm only managing to type I'm having breathing difficulty and couldn't sleep and it has been like that for about 2weeks now.

Hello. What you have described is likely Asthma or an asthma related condition.

Please continue the ventolin and prednisolone. You can also get Ceretide which you take twice daily.

However, I highly recommend you visit a hospital that has a pulmonogist. A doctor who specialises in treating diseases of the lungs.

You should request this as your case has now become a specialist case. You would get a permanent solution to your problem.

Lastly, are you aware of anything that makes the breathing worse? Like cold weather, dusts form your rug, perfume, smoke, the droplets from animal fur like your dogs? Please stay away from them ,as they are the triggers.

Hello. There is a ligament in the breast called Ligament of Astley Cooper which is responsible for breast firmness. This ligament looses its strength naturally as one ages and as time progresses due to gravity, and various other factors.

Since you have four children, you are clearly not so young. So its expected that your breasts would no longer be as firm. And that is perfectly okay and alright. Nothing is wrong with you.

There are no drugs to enhance your breast firmness. The only solution to that is plastic surgery.

Hello. How old is this person in which you believe his/her growth plates hasnt closed?

Keep in mind that height is primarily determined by your genes. You cant grow taller than your genes determine.
All you can do is try to acheive up to the potential your genes determine.

Therefore, increasing your protien in your diet can help one reach his/her optimal height. You can buy Whey protein shakes, a drink you take morning and evening which contains protein. However, it should be done in moderation.

Another way is to ensure you sleep well. 7-8 hours of sleep every night would encourage release of growth hormones.

All these can only work is one hasnt teached the age in which his/her growth plates aare closed.

Hello. What you had is pregnancy induced hypertension. In some people, it stops after pregnancy, in others it continues, while for a 3rd group, they were previously hypertensive and only discovered in pregnancy.

Hypertension is a disease one must take serious and follow strictly the doctors prescription. If done, it can be carried for many years and you can live a very healthy life. That being said, the headaches you had and racing heart (palpitations) may be a side
effect of one of the drugs. I suggest you take the aldomet and vasoprin in the morning and then the Amlotrust at night. The symptoms may likely stop.

But remember, you have to keep going back to the hospital every month for check ups as this is mandatory for a hypertensive patient so the doctor can known if your drugs are working.

If the racing heart continues, please go back to your personal doctor so he can review your drugs. The Amlodipine may be responsible. He can simply change the drugs and also send you for a ECG test.

Remember to also do light exercise like walking for 30minutes, reduce salt in your food and ensure you sleep well at night. also talk to your husband to help with the baby so you dont get stressed.

Hello. At 21 months, which is almost 2 years of age,he ought to already be making two word sentences like "mummy, food" etc. Can he walk? Is he active? Did he cry immediately after birth? Although, some children may not talk so quickly and he may just require patience and time. So dont be alarmed. But I suggest you take him to a Neuropaediatrician just to check him out.
