I am yet to apply but between Globus and Gtbank which bank is faster with processing Form A?

Mian applicant:
Visa application- 21st December.
Biometrics - 22nd December, Abuja TLS (Walk-in).
Paid Mail - 10th January- Got a response the next day decision was not yet made.
NSF Mail - 12th January- They requested for additional document (TB certificate)
Replied- 13th January- She replied with the TB cert, letter of explanation, and Netherland resident permit
Paid Mail - 18th January, I got a reply 3 hours later that decision has been made.
Collection Mail - 20th January, She picked up her visa today.
Two Visa refusals (Canada and Germany) were declared.
Document submitted- BSc Cert and transcript, WAEC, CV, Change of name Cert, Two work references (9 years study gap), NYSC, POF

Dependent:
Visa application- 22nd December.
Biometrics - 30th December, Dusseldorf TLS, Germany.
No NSF Mail
Collection Mail -18th January, I picked up my visa the next day.
4 Visa refusals (3 Canada and 1 Germany) I forgot to declare the German refusal but I have a german resident card.
Document submitted- Marriage cert, wedding, and pictures of us together, screenshots of past and most recent conversations

My wife didn't submit any TB test certificate because she has been living in the Netherlands since January 2021 and her resident permit is tsil valid until 2024. She Just came to Nigeria in December and then applied for a UK visa in Abuja TLS.

The POF was all in her account (Main Applicant).

In all, we give glory to God for making this ou plan possible.

I got a lot of information from here. Nairaland is very informative but you need to filter out the relevant info (Screenshot or copy and paste somewhere because you might need it).

Interview transcript.19/7/19.
I left awadiora estate by 5am and got to the embassy by 6am. I was surprised to meet a queue of more than 10 people. Paulinus showed up and started doing his work diligently around 7am. I was interviewed by the young-looking man in Counter 4.
V.O: Good morning sir.
Me: Good morning sir.
V.O: Please can you close the door properly. Thank you, sir.
V.O: Your document. After verifying my passport.
V.O: So, you have applied for a student visa before. What happened, why are you not in school?
Me: I told him. As I was talking, he was looking at his computer.
V.O: What category did you booked?
Me: Category B
V.O: Masters
Me. Yes sir.
V.O: Why didn’t you book category A. What is your G.P?
Me: When I booked, then for category A having a scholarship was compulsory. I booked category B because I had none.
V.O: Ok
V.O: Which school?
Me: RWTH Aachen University.
V.O: What is RWTH?
Me: Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule.
V.O: Why did you change school because this is not the school you initially applied with?
Me: I prefer RWTH Aachen, it is the largest public university in Germany offering applied geosciences with close links to the industry.
V.O : Is the course taught in English or German?
Me: English
V.O: I saw that you funded since March, Is the money still your in account?
Me: Yes sir.
VO gave me a form to sign and took biometrics.
V.O: Since you have done this before. Let’s make it snappy.

V.O: He looked at my admission letter. So, from October 1st if you haven’t heard from the consulate. You can start disturbing I noticed that the only reason you didn’t resume this summer was because of your enrolment deadline.
Me: Yes sir
V.O: Don’t worry. I am sure it won’t happen again.
Me: Thank you sir
V.O: Any question for me.
Me: “ I observed that he wasn’t giving me enough time to drop my points” so I asked him about my performance.
V.O: You be the judge of that. Assuming you are the interviewer. On a scale of 1 to 10 what will you score yourself.
Me: I said 8 or 9
V.O: He smiled and said good teacher. Have a nice day sir.
Me: You too sir.

Sorry to hear this. Try and review the whole process (especially from your end) to know why and where your application was delayed so you can prevent same in your next application since the main culprit here is the "processing time".

I think the delay was due to the alien office relocating to a new office.

On the fifth week of my application I mailed the foreign office they told me that it was impossible to check the status of my application because they are relocating to a new office that I have to be patient.

And partly the embassy fault for not acknowledging my enrollment deadline extension letter and enrollment certificate I sent them via mail.

@the bolded. If you still have the letter or email, and if you paid the semester fees after the enrollment documentation. You can still write the embassy with these. They can upturn their decision. It's still possible.

Oh my God, I am sorry boss. I don't know what to do again concerning mine because the tension i

Cheer up boss and hope for a positive response. I don't think yours have enrollment deadline like mine. So they won't have no option than to consider your application for a prep Language course.

It will end in praise keep calling the embassy too for update.

The thing don tire me.when is ur enrollment deadline pls because mine came with a preparatory language course before the start of the degree program and it is over 9weeks now after the interview, but yet to receive any response and I don't know my chances of getting this visa.

Finally got a call today from DHL that they have a package for me. Immediately I knew it was the embassy and it was a denial.

The reasons they gave was that [/b] the purpose of travel is no more tenable because the enrollment deadline has passed. [b] see attached.

My first enrollment deadline was 29th March. Interview was done 20th February.
I requested for enrollment extension and got 12th April which I sent to the embassy.
I even went ahead to enroll in proxy got the enrollment certificate and also sent that to the embassy. But still they denied me based on that after delaying my application for weeks. So what happened to all those emails I sent to them about enrollment extension and certificate.

Well I need to book interview asap for winter semester since I have offer already from Aachen.

I hope they respond to you soon coz I understand how you feel.

Hi boss @Nuella45 looks like we are the only ones left waiting for AM that applied since February.

Mine is 9 weeks plus. My alien office has confirmed to me via mail that they have agreed to my visa since 2 weeks ago. I have sent several mails to the embassy no response from them not even be patient we are on it. Na wa for them.

So I need advice from the elders in the house. I just got a winter offer from Aachen. So I am thinking of canceling this my summer visa application that is running into the 10th week now.
Then reschedule another appointment with the German embassy for winter.

Or should I still wait for my summer AM. The delay is gradually turning into Sth else.

I even had issues of missing documents, i thank God for the mrs.baurbach who picked up my case and disturbed the nigeria embassy. We all backed it up in prayers.

Mine was on 20th February and the wait is not easy.

I guess all the ppl with 13th February as interview date hv gotten AM coz I want to believe that the waiting period doesn't exceed more than 6 weeks after you hv funded.

Not true I did mine on 20th February. My roommate at sergeant mess that did the same day with me got AM on 19th March . I know another lady too that got on 19th March too.

You are not alone. Mine is 4 weeks and 2 days today and my enrollment deadline is 29th March.

But the good thing though my school hv extended the deadline to 12th April. I hv sent an inquiry mail to the embassy and the foreign office in my city.

I suggest you should do same. It will surely end in praise
