@Harney project team; all hope is not lost if actually you feel cheated. You can file a case if you discover that any section of the contract was breached. If, not just let go. There are clause for contract termination. If you guys are the one who breached the contract; the client too has right to sue you guys if way you claim are not fact. Because no one has heard from the client. Just my two pence.

Good job; but always advice your client the need for german floor. This is because independent casting of floors is susceptible to differential settlement if not well compacted and you might start witnessing cracks. All the best cheers.

The challenge here is that we do not pay attention to details; most especially with our steel benders. Not all steel bender know how to anchor beam to column (anchorage). If the beam is properly anchored it will resist the tension due to the soil pressure on the blockwall. Thus, solution provided the wall has not tilted beyond 5-10 degree. Re anchore the beam to the column properly, board the area where you experience shear and recast. It will be ok. Cheers.

Pls. House, in-let vent in septic tank is it necessary? And why?

Most septic tank just have a manhole cover and that is all. What then is the need for in-let vent?

Most builders and designers have not come to terms with robust rectangular column for frontal design like you have constantly depict in your design; which most times are more beautiful that the conventional Greek circular columns for frontal design. Spider great work. I presume some of your labour and workmen force are source locally. May be most times outside your station. Which happen to most of us builders.
