If I am correct what is written on the certificate is "MOHAMED BUHARI"

but the name of the current Nigeria President is
Muhammadu Buhari.

So my question is mohamed buhari and Muhammadu buhari are the same name? We shouldn't forget the fact that we are referring to a " certificate matter" here
