Jennimma:
Goodmorning Class.

You're welcome to this wonderful thread-NJTC. If you're sitting for the up-coming exam(JAMB), you need not be afraid. We are here to help you succeed. Your only job is to read...and when I say read,i mean it. Go through your jamb past questions and answer them. Discipline yourself not to peep at the answers while reading. Get textbooks and useful materials. Burn that night candle and then back it up with prayers.
Jamb is easy and you can pass in just one sitting.

Ok,enough of the tips. Lets get down to business. You can ask questions to me or to my co-tutors-MarthaK and Naijaboiy. Please feel free.
is there a whatsapp group 4 this? Plz help!

Microflux:
GENETICS
Genetics, may be described as the science that deals with questions and answers on inheritance.
This is the inheritance of traits or characters, e.g height, skin colour, weight e.t.c which are transmitted from parents to offsprings during sexual reproduction. The ways and manners by which these characters are inherited from parents is HEREDITY. As a matter of fact it is a common knowledge that after sexual reproduction, the resulting offsprings tends to look like their parent in one or more ways. It may be to their immediate parent or grandparent. You as a person their are some character you portrays which so much resembles that of your parents.
Plz sir, try and create a whatsapp group to facilitate an easy chat. We're ready to co-operate,just leave your number .tnk

Education / Re: University Of Nigeria [ UNN ] 2014/2015 Admission Thread by Dsd1pumpking(m): 11:25am On Oct 29, 2014
2014/2015 FIRST SUPPLEMENTARY LIST RELEASED:
This is to inform all UNN aspirants that the first supplementary list is out and is accessible via UNN website www.unn.edu.ng
I will upload the names later today for you to view it without downloading.
Congratulations!
Education / Re: University Of Nigeria [ UNN ] 2014/2015 Admission Thread by Dsd1pumpking(m): 11:21am On Oct 29, 2014
1. O’ LEVEL RESULT(S) - this is your WAEC/NECO/GCE result. In UNN, you've got to have at least 5 credits in not more than two sittings with your English, Maths and at least a science subject.... Any other addition is determined by the department. Students for Medicine and Surgery are meant to clear their O'level in one sitting, else they won't get cleared... 2. JAMB UTME RESULT SLIP - this is the slip that contains
your JAMB result… Make sure you have your JAMB
result slip.. 3. POST UME RESULT SLIP - this is the slip that contains
your post UME result. 4. LETTER OF ATTESTATION - (most people ask
questions on this). This is a signed letter written to
attest for you as a person, of your behaviour. It could
be written by your Parent, Guardian, Lawyer, Pastor/
Priest/Imam and so on. Some people ‘form’ this
in the cyber café but to be on the safer side, meet one of those people I mentioned. The person who
writes this stands more like your referee... 5. ADMISSION SLIP - when you go to UNN portal, then
go to undergraduate portal or undergraduate student
log in, fill in the new student column, when it opens
then you would see where to fill and print your
admission slip. 6. ADMISSION LIST – this is a copy of the page that
contains your name in the Admission list online. 7. ACCEPTANCE PAYMENT RECEIPT - if you have not paid your acceptance fee, check the portal, click on the red ink that has acceptance fee, then you will see 2 columns, fill in the left one and create payment invoice then use the details there to pay in the bank. (KEEP THE bank RECEIPT). If you have already paid, click the right column and fill it up.. 8. CERTIFICATE OF IDENTIFICATION (Origin) - your local
government identification, please ask your parents
for it.. 9. Birth Certificate (or Baptismal Certificate) - I think
you should know this. It could be your national birth
certificate or the hospital own. ...Additional Requirements. * JAMB ADMISSION LETTER - you will get a scratch card
for this, then you will fill it up and print it. If you don’t know where to get it then you can wait till you reach school, cyber cafes and the rest would have it in school but to reduce stress, you can try to get it from JAMB office. TAKE NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU KEEP EVERY SINGLE
RECEIPT AND PAPERS. UNN CAN ASK FOR EVEN A
STAPLE PIN IN ADMISSION CLEARANCE TILL FINAL YEAR
CLEARANCE (just joking o, lol). Ok but serious here,
what I am trying to say is keep every papers and its
likes in a file for admission clearance till final year clearance because they can ask for what you don't
expect and if you don't have it, they can hold you
longer than you think.. You will also need your lots of passport. In my time I took like 60 passports but I got few left after the whole clearance, course registration and all that. But there are also places you can take passports in the school. Get ready to photocopy your clearance requirements and everything photocopyable (pardon my English). Try and focus when you get to school and know why
you are there. TOO MUCH OF PROCRASTINATION IS
BAD. All because of procrastination, I had some
setbacks academically last session which by God's
grace; I would amend this session and throughout
my stay in school. You are still fresh, be careful. You can attend fellowships, school shows and all that
but you should create a plan and set your priority
right. **Ladies be careful with some guys. Not all that offer help really want to help. Some guys are cool and good actually (it was a guy that helped me in ma post
UME days with no bad intention), BUT JUST BE CAREFUL... Put God first in everything you do, join a good church and fellowship. The Lord is your strength.. I can't wait to see you all *kisses*
