I actually watched this fight live online and was impressed how the guy Day fought so well and was doing so well and if not for the knock outs he he had in 2 previous rounds, he would have beaten Conwell as he showed some sparks of giving the Champ a run for his money. And when he got knocked out I thought he would be fine later that night and to my greatest surprise he is no more. The truth is that, Ruiz can box very well but is never rated and he used this platform to establish himself and make history.
AJ before the fight is ranked number in the Heavyweight division followed by Tyson Fury and Wilder and some other boxers like Dillian Whyte and Ortiz are way ahead of him; and for him to pull this upset is remarkable and I admire his boxing skills. If I were to rank boxers now, I will rank Fury as number follower by Ruiz and then Wilder and then Joshua before the others cuz he has proved himself.
