Auto payments to bank accounts is possible on paystack transfer api. Don't have sample websites running it.

A cron job scheduled at whatever interval you want picks up data about payments to be made from the database and feeds it to the paystack api.

Did you actually rent an Australian sms enabled number from twilio? They have a couple of hundreds of numbers for Australia.

Rent a number from twilio.com and add the incoming sms script to process any incoming sms. Costs about $1.

I add the time,message and recipient number to a database(mysql). A cron script checks the time column on the database and sends the message if database matches cron script time. Message delivery can be a voice call or sms/text to voice.

Just add the recipient number,time and message and the script sends a recorded voice message as a call or sends your sms/text message as a call.

If you are using php ......then use the numerous random number generators in php. Put the results behind a kind of login page and match inputted pin to stored/generated pin to allow access to view/search for results.

You need to set up relay host on the postfix application in your Linux VPS. Add the details to your postfix and send emails with postfix on the VPS.

First....write a php code to pull users from a mysql database,do the calculations and update database records. Then set up a cron job to run this script daily.

You need hosting for the php/c# page or any other language you prefer,knowledge of mysql and an incoming sms enabled number from www.twilio.com The php page will execute your code when an sms hits the twilio sms enabled number. Basically an sms comes in and twilio calls up your script and passes the incoming number with sms body content.
The twilio number will receive sms from your short code provider,read the contents and excute any script on your backend.
