Autos / Re: Transmission Fluids, Getting The Right One For Your Vehicle by duno: 10:29am On Nov 25, 2015 |
Good morning sooperrescue. Thanks for the good job you are doing here. I need your help on the below: 1. I drive a 2002 Toyota Highlander. The transmission oil was changed by a mechanic in July (I don't know the type he used). It had no issues until sometime in September (Gear suddenly started revving and moving slowly.I allowed to cool down and it drove smoothly for like 5 mins and the cycle continued until i got to a mechanic). 2. Mechanic checked the oil said it was black and not good. He drained it and refilled with Oando ATF 2. Gear worked for 1 day. After, it will rev (make noise) when trying to change from gear 2 to 3 before changing. Other wise it worked fine just the occasional revving. 3. About 2 - 3 weeks later, took it to another mechanic, who said Oando ATF 3 was best for the vehicle, but couldn't get to buy. He drained the oil again and filled with Oando ATF 2 and washed the filter. He also said the oil drained was black. 4. The problem still persists (and seem to be getting worse), what to you advise i do. Oil? Filter? etc Thanks for your response. |

HABRUZZY: Jumia later removed the item from the cart. This sale is a farce as far as am concerned. If the code did not work, then i will understand. But for the code to work and you are unable to checkout; then the sale is not transparent. And then they will claim that thousands of people bought the phone whereas the sale never went through. 1 Like |

dmcdad: Got this sms right now from "HR2684" and it reads: You are shortlisted for an aptitude test/interview on Monday, 04/11/13 by 9:00am at 2 nd floor, 34/36 Ikorodu Rd between Access & Diamond Bank Jibowu, Lagos. Health/ nutrition company or a Scam |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: List Of Fake Employment Companies. Stay Off Them. by duno: 3:23pm On Nov 01, 2013 |
Job seekers should please note that vague sms messages from faceless companies (no concrete company name e.g. KGC, ADMIN/ 25 etc) and without a specific position they are inviting you for, are most likely from the numerous so-called Health/ Nutrition companies or scam recruitment companies that will ask you to pay money before sending you to non-existent companies. A genuine company will give you their full name, the position you are being considered for and even ask if you will be available for the interview/ confirm your availability. |
Religion / Re: Kumuyi Offers To Resign Over Son's Wedding Controversy by duno: 9:31pm On Jul 07, 2013 |
fxman62: Eli was blamed because he refused to correct his children even though he knew they were behaving badly. I do not think this is the case here. Kumuyi obviously brought up and instructed his children in the way of the Lord. However from what happened, the son probably does not believe in some of the doctrines of his fathers church. If the son had left the church on attaining the age of accountability (18) as you suggest, we are the same people that will crucify kumuyi for raising such a son/ not raising him well. Agreed the bible says we should instruct/ raise our children in the way of the Lord. But don't let's forget that every man has the power to choose - life or death; God made us that way. So raising children is not only about laying down laws but also praying for them to choose life and to choose to do the right things. So my submission is after a parent has done all he is suppossed to do and the child still goes wayward; most especially when such a child has reached the age of accountability, the parent should not be blamed. That is saying that parents are Gods over their childrens' lives? No man can change any man, that is the work of God and the Holy Spirit. A child that goes wayward is not necessarily a result of bad parenting. |
