Context is key here. A business name is a TOTALLY DIFFERENT ball game. Business is registered as a unique legal entity on its own.

The issue here is a phrase. It doesn't fall within the basic requirements for a copyright according Nigeria's copyright act. As per the trademark, Nigeria's trademark act only allows for trademarking things directly linked to concrete goods and products ONLY.


The validity of that is even debatable in the USA. But we are talking about Nigeria now. We have our laws.



The court gives everyone audience. Anyone has a right to sue anyone on any basis. The audience is not the issue here.
