Hi, if it's for USMLE, you can always pay the money in bits into your ECFMG account via Oasis and then pay for the exam when you have reached your target.

You need an invoice showing the details of your payment, evidence of student membership of that international exam body and some documents (which shouldn't be difficult for you to get). Any other info they may request you can get from your exam body... no be today guys don dey pay international exams and subscriptions.
