Your documents have already been sent for processing so I wouldn't worry too much as that page is just a status update page for tls contact and doesn't affect your Visa process...

What you should do is to call in to find out the status of the Visa and ask for an escalation...the call costs about £1.73 minus your normal network charges for international calls , then an escalation fee of about 5,000 naira.

It's the summer season so there are alot of delays this season...

Pick up mail mail for collection of passport? I just checked my mums applications as well and the same thing is happening. We submitted 4 days apart. But if you picked your passport a day after you re-uploaded then I’ll like to think the system automatically does that to all applications.... thank you for your response, I can rest easy now

Hi Ebuka86, Yes I had the same issue. What I'd advise is don't bother to waste your money calling them. Anyways, what we did was upload all again just to be safe, our pick up mail came a day after.
