Ok i believe nobody here's scared of death coz we all gotta die some day but birthdays? Are they worth celebrating?
I mean every year when people celebrate birthdays cos they just added one year, it gets me really thinking; doesnt it (birthdays) actually/also remind us all that one year just got subracted from our total life span?
We pop bottles, sing hurrays and death, sitting at the corner smiles, raises a toast and says "keep it up, i just got one year closer"
I dont mean to sound wierd or freaky or scary or even funny, but are birthdays really worth celebrating?
Me thinks birthdays stand for;
1) I'm getting older, (and damn me so loving youthhood) wrinkles are gonna set in soon, the six packs we spend a lotta time in gyms tryna build are just gonna get saggy.
2) Death's closer, ow!!!
So what the hell do we celebrate the day for? Though I celebrate mine but its just that a lot of my facebook pals happen to have their birthdays this month and each time I get that update, I'm like oh God, what the hell! These guys are seriously loosing one year !! And it hurts. Sobs, Even my gurlfriend.
