Breaking News Part 1 I left home on monday by 4pm. I was expecting to be in Abuja for my interview on Tuesday (today). As I got to Night Mile, my car temperature started rising. Well, I finally ditched the car and waited for a commercial bus or any other car that will take me to Abuja. It was 10pm and yet, I was still trapped. Then a Dangote truck arrived and needed passengers to Lokoja. I jumped in and said a silent prayer as I was in doubt of the reasonableness of the young driver. To make matters worst, it started raining and the speed drastically reduced. And by 4am I was in Lokoja. There was no vehicle for onward movement to Abuja, and my interview was for 7:30am. Finally, a GUO bus approached and was even filled with 'attach' to the brim. I squeezed myself in and had to stand for the duration of the snail-like journey to Abuja. By 7am, we were at Gwagwalada, and I had only 30 minutes to present myself for the interview. I hired the services of a Taxi Driver and we left Gwagwalada for the embassy. It was a race for life. We got to the embassy when my group was being called in. I quickly changed my clothesin the taxi and used 'purewater' to wash my face, wore my bodyspray and joined the line... 4 Likes |

LadyGuinivere: Thank you so much. My second child will be less than 3 months by the time I will be traveling. Besides, I only intend spending just 6 days in the states. we agreed that it won't be wise to take the entire family along for just a short visit. She is adjusting so we all can spend the end of the year holidays in the states or elsewhere. Please how do I present this fact before the vo if asked? And do I have to tell the vo the reason before he asks? |

FrontPageLawyer: Thanks My religious organization arranges for tours on the 3 facilities I mentioned. There are so many sites that charges to help book such tours. ...advisable to go with your whole team for the enterview please what does that mean? |

seyewest: Thanks for your criticism. 1. How do you suggest I explain my reason for the visit? 2. Must I travel with my family even when personal circumstances do not allow that? 3. How will the VO know that all the ventures I quoted are profit oriented and not charity if I fail to give detailed account of the cash flow? Please kindly clearify. |

Hello, My good people, I intend traveling to US by February on a business trip(yet to apply for a visa). I run a commercial transport company with just 18 American buses - Chevrolet Express and Ford E series. Some of these buses are becoming unfit for passengers safety, so the need to travel to the US to buy and replace 6 among them. In 2008, I was issued 3 Shengen Visas and i used 2 to visit some shegen countries. *Please i want to know if the previous visas amounts to anything since there were not issued within the last 5 years and are on a different passport. *Will it make sense if I inform the vo that apart from running a transport business that i am a Publisher of a monthly magazine, since my purpose of traveling to US is to buy buses for my fleet? Pls, I am married and we have a lovely daughter. Thank you all for the good work you are doing here. God bless. |
