Business / The Strong Non-data Report Might Become Catalyst Of Increasing by econo: 10:27am On Dec 05, 2009
:oWhen non-farm data were announced, the investors brought huge influence on forex market. However, non-farm data were surprise announced in America on Friday.
Nevertheless, economist originally expected that it might support risk appetite if data were better than expected, hitting dollar. On contrary, it might breed risk aversion and then support dollar. The response was similar to the previous data.
However, contrary with the expectation, the data were better than expected. The dollar rebounded strongly since the market should consider which substantial influence on Fed increasing interest rate. It determined whether the dollar really began to reverse.
In general, if non-farm data changed better for a long term, dollar would support strongly. If economy was at recession and data were worse, it would make the panic intensify. Dollar would be favored as hedge currency. Gain-Capital
