yeah we all knw that the average requirement for humans is 8hrs, but for christ sake what kind of sleep will u be sleeping for up to 8hrs! maybe u are that type dat dont ave much stuff to do, on like me due to where am residing and where i work and some other stuff, i dont sleep much i am always busy, moreover most of this guys dat even sleep for up to 8hrs wen dey wake up in the morning some of dem cant even rise from their bed and walk.
